this is one of the lousiest companies, platform or whatever you want to call this enterprise on the globe. Fake help center, fake customer support and a website that only works for orders and payment, but not for any aftersales service.
The access to the "help center" is intentionally overcomplicated, so that the customer gives up during the process. How such companies are even allowed to operate in the UAE is a miracle to me

I ordered Taylor Swift The Eras Tour Sweatshirt Long Sleeve Crew Neck Two Pcs. last oct 26, 2024 but until now I didn’t receive yet fruugo said estimated delivery November 11 -November 14, 2024 oh my god it’s very bad experience. Order number 169440047

I felt deceived buying from them, they appeared in my search and thought they maybe based in my home country until I saw how much was charged for delivery, over double the price that was originally quoted. No reply to my email following up and been waiting over a week for my products and nothing

Further to Frugo response, the delivery charge originally advertised was doubled when I paid for it!

There is no tracking for the orders, and the shipping date of my order was 23/10 but until now i didn’t receive any delivery details.

The customer service is bad and i cannot reach them easily ! , no one replies when i send enquiry letter through the website or the email

Received item in good condition. Maybe delivery time frame could be improved.also regular updates on shipment and tracking needs to be sent to the buyer.

For those who have been facing issues with fruugo I believe you need to communicate your issues clearly and that will help them solve your issues more promptly.

This is the first time I shopped on Fruugo and my experience has been pretty good. While it took time for them to deliver, they abided by the timeline committed during the purchase. They also kept me updated on the status of the shipment in the interim. The product they delivered was also of good quality.

The product came in a good shape, the time line that they gave was even much earlier, looking forward to do more shopping with them.

It’s take 3 weeks for delivery and it reach me with a good condition .
