I appreciate you and your team. They are providing food service and very accurate delivery as to time to time.
But one thing I will recommend you to make a new rules of a delivery,
If your staff coming to deliver, please make sure brief to him and he have to inform to deliver person which is client. Because last time your staff was not replying mesgs about I asked them which day you will come today or tomorrow and how long after ? Because we have duty's schedule not all time staying room.
Before they are not replying to client to know estimated time to reach parcel 📦..

Do not buy from this site. They doubled my order and overcharged me for shipping. more than the price of the product. there was no confirmation page, as soon as I entered the CC detailed the charged was done.

Ordered from Dubai. They make it look on the website as if it is supplied from a local warehouse but in fact it has to come from China. It is been more than a week now and still nothing. Goods should have been here 3 days ago but not even an update on their tracking system. First time and LAST time. AVOID THIS WEBSITE !

After charging more than double for the product ( different price to check out) they then said they refunded it amount. 3 weeks later and still no refund.
They comment on their social media pages for show but do not actually find solutions to any problems.

I am sorry your order did not arrive with you, I have investigated this and I can see this was returned to sender by the postal system so this is currently in return transit.
I can also see you have raised a claim with your card issuer for the order. I can confirm we notified the card issuer on the Jan 16, 2024, that we accepted your claim of non receipt and that a refund should be issued.
As this has been processed through your card issuer you do need to check with them the status of this claim.
Please be assured a refund has been processed through your claim.

ordered a phone cover in November I was…
ordered a phone cover in November I was supposed to receive it by 21 December. t finally arrived yesterday and i was asked to pay additional postage charges even though i paid for postage when i ordered the cover.
Although my money was refunded i will never order anything from Fruugo as their suppliers are totally unreliable.
