After the initial query
After the initial query, Tom Lynch was quick to offer a better product, was on site within a couple of days to showcase the tool and when we ordered the product was in hand and training had been completed within a day or two.
The strapping tool has now been in operation for three weeks with no complaints or questions thanks to thorough training.

As a supplier and manufacturer of quality end of line packaging solutions, we at Fibre King needed to partner with other quality equipment suppliers for important parts of our systems.
