I was having all sorts of issues with my strapping tools and maintaining consistent supply of our strapping. After conducting a review of all our sites we found that we were spending in excess of $7500 per year just on replacement parts for our existing strapping machines. After some research and some prior experience with the Fromm tools we decided to make the change. One call to Fromm and a rep soon paid me a visit. He outlined all our options and brought out a tool for us to trial. I signed up and all is going well. Great machinery, product and service.
