I had just come off of doing the 75 hard challenge and wanted to maintain my results and continue to improve. I had worked with a macros coach in the past however she wasn’t vegan and wasn’t able to offer guidance specific to my diet. I reached out to Fritz and his team and they are truly fantastic!
The professionalism starts with the interview - it’s a conversation to find out if investing in the program would be a good fit. I don’t think they want anyone that’s on the fence - they want commitment because they know that is what it takes to yield results.
I was partnered with Chiara - I adore her! She offered a few suggestions right off the bat that helped me the protein goals I had been struggling to meet. Her weekly checkins are sometimes hard to hear but also what I need to stay focused on my end game. She keeps me focused, is a coach, but also tells me to scale back if I’m sick or sore. I’ve definitely noticed a change in my body composition and am thankful that I have her in my corner!
Kajabi is helpful - especially in the first few weeks. It get you in the right mindset and offers insightful ways to stay motivated and on track.

Dedication and Desire Equal Results
I highly recommend the program Fritz and his team have put together. Prior to joining I was struggling to figure out what to eat while transitioning to plant-based habits and I was always hungry. I knew about macros but couldn't figure out how to manage the protein intake. I quickly implemented the provided meal plans and realized how much better I felt with the right amount of protein, and I was able to lose weight while strength training in my home gym. I’m lifting heavier than ever and feeling less sore after workouts. My coach was fantastic and gave a balanced approach to eating and working out that made this sustainable.

I started with the Kickstart Program after seeing ads on Youtube from other participants which seemed intelligent and genuine--I wasn't actually familiar with Fritz's content on Instagram, have only seen it since joining!
The upfront cost made me really nervous as it is a huge investment, but the info, personalized program, and guidance have really been there and I've had great results. (Down about 7 pounds, which is about 5% of my body weight as I'm only 5'2"!)
My trainer, Chiara, is great! Very supportive and positive (while also pushing me when needed), which I appreciate. She checks in with me and answers my questions. The plan they give you is simple--not necessarily easy, but simple!--for those newer to weightlifting and high-protein diets, and if you follow it you will see results. I'm going to keep going with the program!
My absolute recommendation
To find a way to lose weight not doing one of these new trendy, short-term diets which only have benefits for their inventors, I read much about nutrition within the last past years. Then I realized that knowing much about food does not lead to weight loss – you have to take action. Nevertheless, I did lose some pounds but for being able to reach my goals I did not have the expertise and motivation to break bad habits, so I came into the GCA, who definitely have the know how! Initially I was uncertain if this program fits for me as – theoretically – I could have lose weight on my own. I was “only” missing the right attitude. It turned out that especially this was the reason why this program was exactly what I needed: a change in mindset for being motivated besides knowing what to eat when in which quantity rounded with a workout plan that fits to me. Now, 2 months later I am glad that I found the GCA and being part of it. My results are fantastic. I am proud of what I have achieved so far and feeling better than I have expected that I would. I am feeling so good, that I am sure that this is a long-term lifestyle change because I wanna keep this feeling. Consistency and mindset are the keys.

In 2018 I had open heart surgery, transitioned to a desk job, and gained 50 pounds in a very short amount of time. My doctors said, “Eat less and move more!” but that wasn’t very helpful when the root of the problem was that as a heart patient, I never participated in sports, so I never learned proper physical training or high performance nutrition. I tried all the trendy diets - low fat, low carb, low calorie, meal plans from influencers, etc.- trying to find something that would transform my body, but no amount of restriction helped, and I was at my breaking point with trying.
The one thing I hadn’t tried was a professional coach and personalized plan, and it was exactly what I needed. So I joined the GC Academy. They provided me with a science-based approach to both training and meal prepping that fit with my schedule and my preferences. Not to mention the recipes are AMAZING. My coach gave me continual support and kept me engaged and accountable to my plan. I put in the work on my side, to the best of my ability. In 9 weeks, the GC team helped me lose 15 pounds of fat, including 7 inches off my chest and back and 4 inches off my waist where fat had deposited after my surgery. Both my physique and mindset have improved tremendously, as well as having more energy and fewer stomachaches.
Overall I think this path that Fritz and his team set me on will be super sustainable long term, and I’ll be able to use all the knowledge I’ve gained from the program to inform my habits for the rest of my life to continue to be lean, strong, and healthy. I got into the GCA
I got into the GCA, because I wanted to loose weight with the help of a coach. I knew, that I needed someone to check in with me and held me accountable and I needed someone that could help me with my disordered eating patterns. And GCA just did that! My coach is amazingly supportive and with her guidance and experience I am able to change my mindset around nutrition & exercise. Even if you get injured during the programm, they give you recovery weeks and prolong the programm - what a great service !!I am very happy I joined this programm. I would highly recommend it!
A Marathon, Not a Sprint
Even as a college athlete who trained double days, my weight has always been a struggle. I tried everything under the sun: diets, fads, different exercise crazes, but nothing stuck. Finally, I went vegan for many reasons. Still, I would indulge in what many consider fast food vegan food and gained about 60 pounds in 2 years. I had followed Fritz for a while on Instagram, and one day I saw his post looking for vegans wanting to lose weight. I researched the Game Changers and finally reached out as I thought what I was doing was not working. From the first call, I was on board!
Professionalism, encouragement, and personalization were critical factors in my decision. My initial concern was the price, but honestly, I thought of all the money I spent on things against my health and committed that I would put myself first. I was connected with my coach Nils, and any coach you are placed with is fantastic as it really is a team, but Nils was and has been the perfect fit for me! He really listened to me and created a plan that fit and then would adjust when needed based on our conversations. Game Changers also offers additional features like the weekly action calls, focus calls, Q & A calls, un-stuck calls, and a 24/7 community of other Game Changers there to support. Indeed taking a holistic and practical approach to weight loss by tackling the mental and physical. In one of those calls, I had a mental breakthrough and had to step away from the program to work on the issues that were far beyond the weight. My coach never stopped support but just adjusted to help me focus on one day at a time. As a result, I have not lost the weight I had initially set. Still, I have gained confidence, more intuitive eating, and developed healthy habits. Also, I have connected with other people in the program that have been the added support needed while on this journey. I would highly recommend this program to anyone. Despite the support, you will need to be self-motivated! While weight loss or muscle gain is the goal, you will walkway on a better path regardless. That is why I see it as a marathon and not a sprint!
Amazing program
Amazing program, I highly recommend this to anyone that is serious about getting into shape and changing their life, their eating habits and into a learning how to be a fit vegan. Chiara is an amazing coach I had a great experience with her keeping me on track to hit my goal.
One of the best investments in myself I’ve ever made
It’s gonna sound very cliched but I have no other way to say it: Fritz’s program has changed my life.
It’s quite hard to summarize it in just a few words but I’ll try. I’m 35 years old and I’ve never looked better in my life (and I always used to exercise and tried to eat properly). And this is after only 3 months in the program! I’ve lost so many kilos of fat, my body’s got such a nice shape, I’ve never felt more confident in my own skin, the strength and energy I have are amazing, and the overall program is worth every cent you pay. The level of professional support and service you get is outstanding - and they tailor each program to each client, which makes it even more amazing. It is worth absolutely every cent of its price - investing in one’s health and well-being should be a priority for anyone and this program will totally help you achieve it.
fit and vegan at 50!
I joined GCA with the intention of achieving before a mid-life milestone birthday what I had always longed for yet could never achieve: a lean, toned and athletic physique with a 6 pack such that I would be confident shirtless. I had just over 2 months to do that! I was already fit (my BMI was within the healthy range at 25) and I worked out every day including lifting weights and cardio (Muay Thai, tennis and running are my passions) yet however much I exercised and ate healthily (I've been vegan for 6 years) I couldn't seem to ever shift stubborn belly fat. I needed a diet plan and someone to tell me what to eat and when as that was what I thought was the only real thing that must have been missing in order to shed the 6 or 7 kilos I needed to lose. I got the meal plan and a fabulous coach (Nils) but what I also got was a whole community of support from the GCA coaches (including exercise, nutrition, mindset and well-being) and other members who are prepared to share their experiences and journeys which I found to be so valuable and motivational even if their goals were different to mine; I found we all in fact have similar struggles and demons to do with the way our bodies/minds are wired from thousands of years of evolution.
Whilst I didn't achieve the 6 pack by my birthday (in part because I didn't stick rigidly to the meal plan!), I was more valuably set on a path equipped with knowledge and confidence that in the months that followed has rapidly resulted in significant toning and muscle building; my abs are definitely visible now. Those first few weeks were essential in laying the foundations for the results that were to come. I also know that I will forever keep on improving my body and mind as I'm loving this new journey and I'm excited for what lies ahead with Evo and beyond!
Do it
Do it. Highly recommend. I hesitated to join thinking I only needed 5pds to loose, I've always been pretty small. Decided to join for the great recipes and even when I initially only followed the program every 3rd day, I still started to see results. Once I made the decision to see what could happen if I fully committed, I lost weight I didn't know I had. I'm down 17pds at about 18.5% BMI, down from 20.5% when I started. Scale is only a small win compared to all the other great things that have come out of this. New love of cooking, extremely increased every and confidence in a bathing suit top the list.

Fritz Horstmann Coaching Review
I want to thank Fritz and Chazz and the GC team for helping me get my fitness and health on track. Although I followed a plant-based diet before joining the program I had reached 220 lbs. Through the program, my coach Chazz and the many videos and group calls I learned to track my macros, increase protein (and how to do that), and be disciplined with my strength training and cardio/walking program.
I am now at 213 lbs and on the path to more wins. I would recommend this program to anyone that wants to follow a plant-based diet and do it correctly and to find a good workout program tailored to their needs.
The best program ever
I have been vegan for almost 30 years, I don’t have any health issues, it’s just that I started putting on some weight here and there and I started being uncomfortable, with my crazy work schedule and the traveling, I always found it difficult to concentrate on what I’m actually eating, I never found time to prep meals and my daily exercises were very minimum. The extra weight made me uncomfortable in a way that made me decide to take this journey of getting in shape and improve my health.
Joining this program helped me a lot on how to get my nutrients and know my macros. I am going into my fourth month in this program, I have lost almost 9 kilos since I have started, my sleeping has improved and I am more energetic now, I am finally toned and in shape and I have more confidence in myself, and this is only the beginning of my journey.
I think this is one of the best investments that I have made in myself.

23 pounds down. More confident than ever. Absolutely life-changing.
Before I joined GCA, I was the heaviest I’ve ever been. I felt like I was spinning my wheels by exercising for three hours at high intensities and seeing no results. I had no idea what to change when it came to nutrition, and I had given up on the idea of healing my relationship with food (specifically the habit of emotional eating). I had been vegan for three years and was a former Division I athlete, so I felt embarrassed that I couldn’t “hack” it by myself. But it was affecting my confidence so much that I didn’t even want to leave the house. I felt extremely out of control.
When Fritz initially reached out to me, I was skeptical. I have had negative experiences with coaches before who pushed restrictive calories and shamed you for slipping up or not being perfect. But that couldn’t be further from what goes on in GCA. These coaches CARE—they care about helping you achieve your goals, but they also care about you as a person. The meal plans have a surprising amount of food despite being tailored for weight loss. The coaches also adjust the plans whenever something comes up: whether that’s an injury, a trip, or an unexpected bout of emotional eating. They work with you to uncover the psychology behind your habits and your behavior so you can actually make a change. But unlike so many other health coaches, they do it all with so much empathy. There’s no shaming involved. Every time I’ve felt I wasn’t perfect or that I messed up, they encouraged me to keep going and worked with me to come up with new strategies.
It worked: I’ve lost 23 pounds so far (with plans to keep on going). I’ve lost 4 inches around my waist. I’ve gone down three pant sizes (I actually just had to replace all of my jeans because they were too loose). I can lift heavier weights now than I could when I was a college athlete.
The biggest change for me, though, isn’t something you can really see. I never thought I would get to a point where I felt confident in myself, but that’s what this program has done for me. I’m more confident than I’ve ever been. I’m not afraid to go to the beach anymore. I’m proud of the work I’ve put in and so happy with the results. I’ve noticed the urge to eat when I’m emotional is far less powerful than it used to be, as I’ve developed other habits to deal with things that happen. Of course, there are days I’m not 100% perfect, but this program and the GCA coaches have truly helped me embrace the fact that progress matters more than perfection.
When I look in the mirror, I’m honestly in disbelief. I can’t believe it’s the same person who started all those months ago. This program has shown me that you can change your life whenever you want. Fritz, Chiara, and all the other GCA coaches give you the tools you need to make a change and are there to support you every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend this program to anyone. Great fitness plan!
Hey there! I’m Tara and I went vegan about a year and a half before starting with GCA. I was your typical junk food vegan and totally addicted to chocolate! My weight fluctuated a lot from about 142lbs-150lbs. I had little muscle definition and didn’t feel confident in my physical appearance. I hadn’t done a legitimate weightlifting routine since high school. I drank alcohol about four days a week and I drank not nearly enough water. My eating and drinking habits were definitely a detriment to my work life. I work in a stressful, high physical risk job and I started really feeling my performance slip due to fatigue and brain fog.
Through GCA, my eating habits completely transformed into a sustainable, healthy diet. I learned how to eat intuitively and ensure I get enough protein in my diet. I’ve also learned smarter ways to shop for food when I’m traveling and what types of meals to order at restaurants. I gave up alcohol completely for several months. Though I’ve added the occasional drink back in here and there, my relationship with it has totally changed (and I save a lot of money not buying alcohol so much). Also, by not buying vegan junk food all the time and instead cooking my meals, I saved A LOT of money at the grocery store. I still LOVE chocolate, but I’ve managed to scale back the desire to eat it all the time. (Don’t worry, there is chocolate in the meal plan if you want it!)
At first I was worried I’d fail miserably at the workouts because it had been so long since I’d spent much time in a gym. Luckily I was wrong! The workouts were great for me. I was able to start with weight I was comfortable with and move up from there. Each time I moved up in weight or repetitions, I got a confidence boost as well! Anytime I ran into an issue with a particular exercise (due to my gym lacking the equipment) my coaches simply switched up the exercise to something else which would work the same muscle group.
I noticed it physical changes fairly quickly. I lost weight and gained muscle definition, particularly in my abs. I noticed my clothes fit more loosely all over! My boyfriend, friends, family, and coworkers all noticed a difference in my physical appearance.
After a couple of weeks, I noticed I hadn’t been experiencing brain fog nearly as often. As the months went by, it had disappeared completely. I felt more mentally sharp at work and noticed I’d become more motivated.
For the females: The result I was REALLY surprised by was the disappearance of my menstrual cramps. I used to have cramps and breast pain for a week or two leading up to my period, followed by the usual cramping during my period. On my first cycle after starting the program, I had zero cramping and almost no breast pain. That had been the case for me since starting the program. Now I know what eating for your hormones actually means as far as what result can be achieved.
The knowledge I gained about nutrition and exercising has been incredible. Having a structured plan made the difference for me. I quickly saw the results of the work I was putting in. The GCA program is SOLID. I feel really confident moving forward that I will keep up with my fitness goals. I weigh 134lbs now and I keep looking more and more lean all the time!
I definitely recommend this program to anyone who feels stuck in their nutrition/fitness journey and is motivated to change. You will reap great benefits out of this program if you’re ready to put in the work!

Working with Fritz and the GameChanger Academy has been such a great and wonderful experience. Before joining I was at a weight I was not proud of and did not like how I looked in the mirror. Since joining the program and doing the KickStarter program I have lost a total of 10lbs! I feel a lot more confident in my appearance and an overall boost in my confidence. I’ve gained a greater understanding of food and nutrition & how much protein, carbs, etc. I need to achieve my body goals. I have more definition in my arms, legs, and chest and feel so much better about myself. I absolutely enjoyed the workouts I had to do and loved the food I ate during my program. Before joining the program
Before joining the program, I had already been vegan for about a year and a half. In that time before I joined the program, the area that I mainly struggled in was calorie control and maintaining a healthy weight. I was 5 pounds away from 200 pounds, which for my age and physical demographic was not a good sign. In my awareness of this, my biggest concern and insecurity was that no matter what I tried or did, my weight was not going to change (potentially get worse) and I wasn't going to experience the physical health, athleticism, and physical aesthetic that I was striving for.
Making the leap to join the program, I gained several things. The first and most important was direction. Without the knowledge and guidance on how to optimize my nutrition as a vegan, I for sure would be over 200 pounds now and in the worse shape in my life. Secondly, accountability. I can say in confidence that my natural state is in fact, Lazy. Having a personal coach who pushes me and holds me accountable to my goals, has been one of the greatest things to help mitigate my state of laziness. Thirdly, I gained a better relationship with food where I don't default to using food as a coping mechanism. Fourth and lastly, I lost over 15 pounds of fat, feel so much more confident in my body, and am in the best shape I've ever been in.
This program, without a doubt, has been one of the greatest investments/gifts to myself and my future health and well-being. I would highly recommend this program to all those who are currently or are aspiring to become vegan.

Before joining Game Changers I was feeling very defeated about my weight gain and health journey. I wasn't a full vegan yet but wanted to make the switch but was constantly feeling tired, brain fog, lack of sleep, overeating. I knew I needed help since I wasn't finding all the answers on my own on how to go vegan AND lose the weight. I had been following Fritz on Instagram for some time and decided to reach out finally, I knew I needed a coach to help me with answers, and I was finally mentally ready to ask for help. The team at GCA has been amazing every step of the way and I am so happy we made the decision to work together because I needed a coach who could work with my needs and I got just that. Since being with the program I am down 15 lbs, have more energy than I ever thought possible and best of all, I'm getting sleep, feeling better about myself and no brain fog.
