I emailed and said that the flowers arrived a day late and were a little dead and was just expecting a discount but they sent another set of flowers.

They genuinely care about you receiving the best service and flowers.

My package arrived a bit wilted but only cause the person I sent them to left them in over night. I expressed what was wrong and still got sent new flowers. Even then the flowers I got sent first looked beautiful even if wilted.happy with customer service!

I had an amazing experience! I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my friends and soon after realized she would be out of town when they were supposed to be delivered. I was expecting to have to cancel but instead I was met with total understanding. My emails were answered quickly and I was able to move the date as well as the note AND address. I used Fresh Sends for all of my corporate gifting. My latest shipment had a delay and it arrived looking less than fresh after sitting out in the Dallas heat. I reached out to customer service and they not only offered to send over a new shipment next day, but they also offered a discount on my next order. Truly above and beyond!

I have used Fresh Sends on a few different occasions, and I am pleased and given compliments about the beautiful arrangements every time. Placing an order online is super quick and easy, and their customer service is very responsive and helpful in answering my questions. On my most recent order with Fresh Sends, unfortunately, my friend did not find her flowers for days and they were welted and dead by the time she opened the box. Fresh Sends shipped out a new order immediately even though it was not their fault! I will definitely continue to send flower arrangements with Fresh Sends!

I placed an order to be sent to a friend and accidentally put the wrong address down. I contact them immediately and the problem was fixed within a day (probably would’ve been sooner but I emailed on a Sunday)!

Beautiful flowers!! Had a bit of an issue receiving my order but the custom service was superb and everyone was so friendly. The flowers were to die for BTW. GORGEOUS.
