I'm a first time user, but it won't be the last, packed very well, you changed my delivery due to a bank Holiday and let me know. The meat is stunning, Scottish Sirloins, had one and are amazing, got a full 3kg of British Sirloin, cut half for steaks and the other half I rolled up for a joint and had for Sunday Dinner....absolutely yummy

The meat is good and well worth the price but I ordered it for Saturday for a party and it never came till late Sunday and also I was missing 2 lamb chops and 2 gammon steaks. I sent a WhatsApp but had no reply as of yet.

wow by the time I receive your box it was mashed up and you said your Butcher cut the steak professionally. I did not want my steak as a strip and don’t take your steak too high. I have to spend lots of money with your company and I would expect some appreciation from you. I know I’m shopping online and online shop you serve not as good as shopfront do you understand what I’m saying? Don’t get your horse so high simmer down. I haven’t even tried your product yet the only thing is I ask someone to freeze the steak for me for Everi, three but all of a sudden I have seen strip of a steak for spending hundred pound for household you should treat me better but I found out all of you when you go online you serve I don’t wanna say it but I will SHI you finish it yourself don’t if you have a reputation you should keep it

All meat not full of connective tissue.
Plenty of fat to add to flavour in cooking

I have just received my first order of 2 x 4.5 to 5k each of pork loin as I want it for homemade bacon, I was a bit worried as with a new company it can sometimrs be a problem.
Delivery was on time and packaged well, if I was to be critical I would say that if the delivery was in a polystyrene container I would award a 5 star plus.
The meat itself was just what I was looking for at a very competitive price, so roll on smoked back bacon in 3 weeks time.

I only have a complaint about the delivery, the meat is the BEST I've had, up to now I have tried 7 online butchers, but this standard is the best by far, so will be intouch, thanks again Deemo

Received my order on the date advised. Had 2 steaks last night and they were delicious.

One thing that maybe could be better is not having to wait a week on your delivery.

I ordered a premium steak pack for £60 (3 kg ) and was offered double up for £100 which I did. I decided to collect instead of delivery ad I’m local and can’t wait at home for delivery. I arranged to collect on Saturday which was a mistake because the market was so busy. I expected the order to be ready but no one knew anything about it and no one could get hold of the manager on the phone which wasn’t very professional. Anyway after some time the assistant who was lovely got me on my way with my order. I tried the steak at home and it was lovely. Would I order again ? Yes / would I collect on a Saturday? No

As usual the whole experience was amazing from the variety of meat to ordering the delivery which I was given a 1 hour window then the best bit of unpacking it then cooking and eating

This is the third time I have had meat from you . I can not fault your quality of meat . I just think your courier should take more car of your product as this is the third time box has arrived damaged. Your courier has let you down yet again . Two out of three vacuum packs were punchered from what ever had punched through the side of the box . I must be the most unlucky person ever as all my deliveries from you have issues in transit . Like I have already said your meat i can not fault it has all been exceptional. I just don't like the condition it gets delivered in . This is the reason I have not bought anything from you since the last fiasco I had with the condition the box got delivered . I thought I would give you another chance to see if your courier service was better but obviously no change. Many thanks
