We received our first order for a farm shop box today, it is packed with lovely meat and chicken and a few extra items like cheese and butter

Having explained my dietary problem, I was so pleased that this had been noted and nothing in the box that will cause me problems

I will definitely be shopping here again

Ordered for delivery on a Saturday, in good time mid week order to guarantee the food arrived for a BBQ on the Sunday. It arrived on Sunday at 1400hrs, left on our front step, in the hottest May day ever on record in the UK. Only informed of this at 0841hrs on the Sunday so had to buy additional food for our guests and make alternative arrangements which was highly inconvenient.

Opened up the box and the lamb burgers were missing, which they knew about and then sent a refund the next day, no other contact, awful service.

We used two of the sirloin steaks and they were less than 50% meat, just gristle and fat. The ribs and black pudding were all very good and chicken thighs were basic European cuts as expected, nothing special but you get what you pay for I guess.

Complained by email twice and after 2 weeks nothing, again via Instagram and nothing still.

Will never buy from them again and will advise others to not buy also. Terrible service.

Steaks are amazing and fantastic value will definitely be ordering again

My daughter was getting married on the 6th June 2026 and it was decided we would have a wedding BBQ in the afternoon. I ordered the whole sirloin, some black garlic ribeye steaks and the boneless lamb steaks for my elderly neighbour, it's her favourite meat.
Alex really helped me with making this order reality as the delivery dates made me panic a little but that was due to low lamb steak level.
It arrived really well packaged and looked great straight out of the box.
My son dealt with the sirloin and cut into steaks, only flavouring them with a special peruvian himalayan salt that had been bought back as a present for him.
They were all but one done medium rare and everyone, I mean everyone commented on how tasty and good the steaks were.
My neighbour has had one of her lamb steaks and said it was really good.
I can't comment on the ribeyes as my son is using them this coming weekend for him, his girlfriend, friend and his girlfriend but I have NO doubt he will tell me they were delicious.
This was my first order from Fresh Meat Packs but will definitely not be my last.
Would recommend highly, I took a leap of faith BUT it paid off.

Cost efficient and flavourful cuts of steak and decent customer service!

By no fault of their own, DPD failed to deliver my steak package. Once reaching out to Fresh Meat Packets, the team was very responsive, the downside was that via their WhatsApp chat, you constantly need to instigate the conversation to open the chat again, meaning my issue was not solved for a month.
The team did sent out additional steaks that stated which was a massive plus!

I’d definitely buy again but would hope the team use another provider that is not DPD to avoid packages going missing.

The quality of the product is amazing very fresh and clearly packed and shipped same day and every if u have a issue it’s sorted very quick

Had a few orders from Fresh Meat Packs Uk and each time the quality of the meat has been excellent. Didn’t like a marinade but that’s personal preference. I would highly recommend the meat box for the month always great value.

This was my second time ordering from Fresh Meat Packs UK. Unfortunately, I was missing 5kg of chicken fillets when my order arrived. I messaged them on WhatsApp less than 24 hours later; Alex replied and solved the issue. Personally, I've seen a couple of issues with missing items in reviews. I believe they just don't have the item in stock when it's due to be delivered, which is ok, but they should inform the client first and offer to send it to them when it is back in stock, as I believe this is causing them some bad reviews. Apart from that, the meat is top quality.

Delivery was very bad at keeping you informaed to what was happening. Was booked for Friday delivery and they failed. It was deliveryed Saturday. We was told very late that the date had changed. We had to cancel our Saturday plans. Also it cuased a argument betyween me and my wife. I told her I would not order again from there.

Garbage meat. Do not trust them. They say its its extra tender and tasty, and its bland, flavourless and not even fit for the dog. Do not answer emails about complaints which says it all. Awful company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered 6 items, including 2 packs of 1 kg bacon ribs. I have received 1 pack of ribs, the 400g pack of mince is not 400g, it wouldn't even feed one person. I have contacted via WhatsApp as soon as I received the wrong order as this is the quickest way to get a response apparently, 3 hours later, still waiting. I've now had to go to the shops to buy more ribs as I needed them today, also had to buy more mince so I can actually make a meal for 3 people. totally defeated the object of me ordering online. Seems customer service doesn't exist. Just want the refund for the items i didn't receive as I've had to spend more money.

I'm a first time user, but it won't be the last, packed very well, you changed my delivery due to a bank Holiday and let me know. The meat is stunning, Scottish Sirloins, had one and are amazing, got a full 3kg of British Sirloin, cut half for steaks and the other half I rolled up for a joint and had for Sunday Dinner....absolutely yummy

The meat is good and well worth the price but I ordered it for Saturday for a party and it never came till late Sunday and also I was missing 2 lamb chops and 2 gammon steaks. I sent a WhatsApp but had no reply as of yet.

wow by the time I receive your box it was mashed up and you said your Butcher cut the steak professionally. I did not want my steak as a strip and don’t take your steak too high. I have to spend lots of money with your company and I would expect some appreciation from you. I know I’m shopping online and online shop you serve not as good as shopfront do you understand what I’m saying? Don’t get your horse so high simmer down. I haven’t even tried your product yet the only thing is I ask someone to freeze the steak for me for Everi, three but all of a sudden I have seen strip of a steak for spending hundred pound for household you should treat me better but I found out all of you when you go online you serve I don’t wanna say it but I will SHI you finish it yourself don’t if you have a reputation you should keep it
