Llevo muchos años con esta compañía. Solo puedo desir que con las cotizaciones son perfectas.. pero la asistente que tengo , Margarita Román es una pésima, mal educada, trata mal al personal, después que te ayuda co el servicio, te dice qué ella no tiene que ayudarte Para acerté los pago y para resolverte algún problema,, supuestamente ella es una gerente .. No entiendo cómo pudo llegar hay con lo mal que atiende al personal .. te grita y ofende !! No es la primera vez que lo hace y notificado esto por email varias veces y no an resolvido nada !! Lastima!!

Jackie that works for freeway is a scam and she stealing ppls money and when they call she puts them on hold until they hang up and then doesn’t answer anymore 3 times she’s made me a policy that has gotten canceled for some reason this last time because she didn’t upload the photos.Time before that was because I didn’t exclude a driver in my mothers house.and some other bs the time before that .this is unacceptable

Forced into
Scam. Was forced into a policy when just calling for a quote. Called next day to cancel it as I don't need it. Was on hold 45 minutes with getting the the run around again. Wordt insurance experience ever. Im telling everyone. This place blows
