Hung up on twice !!!
I called a licensed agent at Freeway Insurance to add more insurance to my auto policy and I was told to call back because she did not feel like it.
The agent then sent me directly to an automated customer service survey when I was in mid sentence of asking a question!
When I called back and spoke to a separate licensed Auto Insurance agent at Freeway about two minutes later, a different agent asked me if I liked surveys, and I told him no. He then transferred me directly to a survey without helping me at all. I’ve never had such a rude customer service in my life, and I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the insurance board of California. 🤨 👎 👎
