Esta aseguranza no sirve tengo 2 semanas haciendo un claim y nada Que me responden no se las recomiendo porque no me Han resuelto mi problema con mi Carro me dan un numero segun ellos para contactarme con la persona Que me Va a ayudar con el claim no MAs me manda al buzon para dejar me mensaje ya le deje como 100 messages y nada Que me de vuelven la llamada ,tengo 2 semanas con el problema y no me resuelven nada

On 03/02/26 I contacted Freeway Insurance in regards to questions about my insurance policy, and was assisted by Dwayne Gill. This was my second phone encounter with Mr. Gill, and he was so efficient and resolved my questions immediately. He even took the time to contact the actual insurance company for me and did most of the footwork as I was at work and was very limited on time. His customer service is a 10/10 in my book. All of my questions were answered and I'm very grateful for his assistance and efficiency!

Today I wanted to make a payment at 4:08 pm (door indicates the business closes at 6:00 pm. I walked in the door with the intention of making a payment and employee sitting behind the desk (standing up) and told me she couldn’t help me because she hadn’t eaten lunch yet. I was disgusted of the tone in which she spoke to me in front of another customer. She was very rude and did not help. I asked what time she could help me and she said 4:30. Came back to business and door was locked 4:40 pm. She sat there at her desk with that same customer this entire time. As a paying customer, to help pay her wages, treated me with disrespect and discounted me as a person, a paying customer. This has put a “bad reputation” for this company and feel the employee should take accountability and apologize to me in person. Otherwise, I will seek other avenues for car insurance and spread this to all friends, family, coworkers and anyone else who I come to cross paths with. No one should be treated how she (the employee) at the freeway insurance branch located at 3741 Nameoki, granite city, Illinois 62040. I give this Review zero stars!!!
