Not sure how they are so bad with customer service but having waited almost a month for an order that never turned up, they have decided to post me another rather than refund as I asked. I can’t help be think this is not a genuine company based on how they operate.
Do yourself a favour and don’t order from them!

We understand delays are frustrating, and while we did offer to send a replacement to ensure you received your item, we’ve cancelled this & we are investigating the issue fully with the courier, as per your request.
We’re a genuine business that cares about customer satisfaction, and we’re always open to feedback, though we’re disappointed this is your second negative review about the same issue, we’re still here and ready to help resolve it.

I’m disappointed to have to write this…
I’m disappointed to have to write this review but unfortunately the vests I have purchased last month were not as good quality as the previous 2 I purchased a few years ago.
The standard vest seems smaller than before.
And the hydration vest phone holder pops open when running.
I have tried to contact the company twice to resolve but no response. I will look at other brands from now on..

Excellent Service 10/10
This was my first purchase from Freetrain and everything went smoothly, from placing the initial order to receiving the goods. I was after a running vest and after seeing a few members of a local running club wearing them, I decided to order one direct from their site. The item received was exactly how it was advertised and the quality is 10/10.

Love these. I'm a Personal Trainer and bought 2 sets of Hybrid Shorts & short sleeve Aero t-shirts. They look professional and art, but also functional and great for training.
I ordered so much sportswear this week and sent 90% of it back due to terrible cuts and cheap fabrics, but Freetrain is chic and sexy so am gonna order more.
More pastel and neutral colour options please!

Gloves split after 1 use
Gloves split after 1 use. Contacted and they gave me a small discount. Within weeks they had split in a number of other places. I emailed them but they have not responded which is very poor service won't be using again as poor quality and poor customer service. May have responded in the end,but not offered to replace or refund and still poor quality gloves!

Great product which is exactly as advertised. My concerns about it being too tight around my chest were unfounded as it is so comfortable and the water bottle placement is perfect.
