Freida was really helpful tonight. He stayed after his shift finished to sort out the problem we had. He called me back when he said he would and did everything he said he would do. He was polite and understanding.

Its a nice company to work with.

If I could 0 stars I would . Had phone from them claiming to be o2 . Horrible company never sign up with them !!!

Had a very positive interaction with clearvision, they managed to reduce my bills and get me a new phone at a cheeper rate than I was already paying staff were very helpful and attentive to my needs,thankyou clear vision communications

Always able to reduce my bills. Never had any problems they r always happy to help

My 02 business contract was 'transferred' to Clearvision about 5 years ago after I had been with 02 for 10+ years. Today, I have finally been able to leave Clearvision after been tied into a 2-year contract which was mis-sold 2 years ago. 02 (at the highest level) refused to deal with me to resolve the issue, and although my company was wound up over 18 months ago - I was forced to keep my business contract. I couldn't complain to OfCOM as Clearvision are not a Telecomms operator.

Avoid at all cost - they constantly tell lies (including the managers) and refuse to listen. As a consequence I will also never take a contract with 02 again owing to the risk of it being sold on to Clearvision.

Terrible company, I am changing as soon as my contract is over.

I was contacted by Clear Vision in 2017 claiming they were part of O2 (this was a lie) and wanted to discuss my renewal. I’d been with o2 for over 20 years at this point.

Clear vision claimed that O2 only did 3 year contracts ( this was a lie) but I could upgrade my phone after two years.

I didn’t have any reason to doubt the Clear Vision rep, so I signed up, inadvertently locking myself into a contract with Clear Vision.

I didn’t get around to upgrading in 2020, it was an uncertain year, especially with COVID .

In Jan 2021 I was contacted by a clear vision rep.

I signed up for a renewal and agreed to ‘ a new phone but ‘the box has been u sealed, but it’s a higher spec than I would normally get’ (two lies).

When the phone arrived it was a handset in a Jiffy bag. It was also had a faulty microphone.

It took me two months to get a replacement and then I was sent another faulty phone.

For the next 12 months I tried to get my complaint addressed, including writing to the managing director.

I’ve now given up as
not a single manager or the MD would address the issues:

Lied to about Clear Vision being part of O2
Miss sold a 3 year contract.

Supplied a faulty phone twice.

The MD wrote to me and stated that as far as clear vision are concerned ‘the matter is closed’.

I tried to speak to a manager and eventually I had a rep talk at me, and over me for a number of minutes, ignoring all my grievances and frustration, just talking non stop about how I’d signed a contract etc. in the end I lost my temper and shout ‘please, will you SHUT UP, and listen’ she immediately said ‘I’m not being talked to like this, I’m marking you as sn abusive customer’.

I’m still stuck with Clear vision.

O2 stated they can’t do anything about it.

Ofcom stated they can’t do anything about it as Clear Vision are classed as a Retailer’.

This company gets databases of customers up for renewal with a service provider. They lie to them and get them to switch to Clear Vision.

Absolute liars, con artists and charlatans, from the MD down to the reps.

A culture of BS and lies to lock you into a contract.

My last hope is that Trading Standards will address this.
