My Friend was taken to court by Fredrick Edwards and Moriarty Law, after she put her signature on her phone. THEY LOST and the Judge asked whether she wanted to put her costs against them.
Remember bailiffs, debt collectors cannot come knocking until there is a court judgement against you. We had letters from a company called The Judges Demand, PML, what a name..
the bill was coming to over £700. I think these types of companies prey on weak and vulnerable people.
She saw them in court and won. She even screened shot the Trust Pilot reviews as part of her defence. The gut feeling is Court Judges really do not like these types of companies. My friend represented herself, whilst they paid for solicitors... .. Advise .... be brave and dont be bullied.

I have not been updated on claims they made for me. Instead unrelated overpaid tax refund due to me has been sent to them by HMRC. They have fraudulently held on to the cheque instead of passing it on to me.

Absolutely ridiculous. Had numerous of calls from this Stacey harrssed each day been in hospital for operation and yet still phoned me whilst been in hospital repeating same thing over and over again. They need proof of income they have already charged me 102 pounds threatening me go to court then changed the amount what im getting con artist

Hi i have also been conned!and charged with fines by just enquiring about a tax rebate? And being harressed by telephone everyday?this his not normal ?how can i be fined £70? And after some several months later?to £400? Its no difference than being ripped off!by a "scammer!"i enquired many months ago!following your sales patter! I tried to get some tax back?but was rang nearly everyday,?it got that bad!i had to block you! Same with emails.i couldnt find my latest tax information!but now !from a £70 .charge i now have baliffs? Thats sky rocketed!you have no bother sending me my fines to my adress?so you have my personal information.! You actually sent me two baliffs letters?and all your correspondece is all the same!(bad news!)not one good review?????

This company is saying to me that I owe them money when I don’t I never signed up to anything this is absolutely wrong now they are threatening me with debt collectors I’m 22 and never been in this position SCAM!!!!!!

In the process of court with this appalling company. Was told in original cold call phone call I didn’t want to take this any further but they took no notice. They threatened me that if I didn’t sign the documents I would recieve charges and when I refused a couple
Of months later they contacted me saying they had my signature. I complained saying it was fraud and they ignored my complaint and I had witnesses to the original phone calls. I asked for all notes of calls under the freedom of information act and they ignored me. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS . Told 2 debt collection agency’s the same and there not having a penny and now they have taken me to court. The signature they have is a scanned copy of my old
Ppi claims one and I had changed it since. One dodgy company. Funny how you have a 1.2 rating on here and all the people who are saying the same thing can’t all be wrong. They cause alarm and distress with the lies and threats. Been going on for years now

These people saying I ow then 600 pound for telling them the wrong information what a load of rubbish don't say you can't find me on system because you can the best way to deal with this is to go trading standards that what I have done

I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy. The constantly harass you by phone calls & email expecting you to do the legwork but still want there cut of the money . Then send out demands for money for an uncompleted job . Avoid like the plague 👎👎👎

Just had a conversation with a legal company saying I owe FE money due to a online form I signed. Please avoid this company as it's a ploy for them to get money out of you, their emissaries are also cold, uncompassionate and put pressure on vulnerable people.

I have just received a letter saying I owe you money £288 is this another scam if so please report this to the police and I want compensation from the people pretending to be a company as a APP I’m a vulnerable person who doesn’t need this!!!!

Waste of time

I recently had a very frustrating experience with this company whose sign up process felt very misleading. Important information such as their fees and the process of cancellation of their services was not transparent prior to engaging with them. As a result, I ended up involved in something I didn’t fully understand. Companies have a responsibility to be clear and transparent, especially when it comes to financial commitments. Unfortunately, this service fell short of that. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious and to read every detail carefully before engaging with this service, or consider doing the work yourself directly via HMRC.

I never signed any contract with them, and now saying I owe £288 constantly harassing me wanting the the debt that’s apparently owed, I called them and there saying that I apparently did sign up when I never!! This company is a scam!! And now I’m probably going to have to pay them when I don’t have the money so I don’t get debt collectors at my door

Ive never heard of this company i received a letter from dcbl saying i owed £218 i maid one payment then stopoed it is this a scam

3 years ago Frederick Edwards got me over £400.00 pounds for a married couples allowance claim. Over the weekend I received a letter from HMRC saying I owe over £700 because of that claim meaning I'm over £300 down. Steer clear of this company, it seems amazing but in truth it is anything but!!!

Complete scam if they cold call u beware!!! Absolute parasites. Quite how they are getting away with using moriarty law to debt collect and apparently force entry (which is harassment and illegal) is beyond me. They have done this without carrying out any work I should add! Why is this still happening and why has no one shut them down?
