Please read before buying any Slinger…
Please read before buying any Slinger bag in the UK. Whilst the machine has potential the after sales set up is truly woeful.
Emails and WhatsApp messages sent- no reply.
My machine is 3 years old and needs a new battery. Not available and no date to say when they will be available. 1st reported issues in the US November 2024.
For the cost of the machine I am sure anyone would agree that this is unacceptable.
Not only can Slinger US not tell you when they become available, they also state that the uk supplier has ‘the option’ to purchase batteries, implying that they can choose not to.
Slinger clearly have batteries to put in new bags but don’t care about existing customers.
