In terms of level of service, it has been excellent experience the framework team kept in constant communication and called me to discuss use and care of product. Delivered next-day as promised.

Amazing product and customer service!
It was available in an earlier date. Great that it can be paid up to 3 instalments!! and the product .. I had enjoyed the slinger bag since the very first moment.. amazing !!
Customer service is great! They called to make sure of the arrangements were done properly and making sure that as a customer was happy!

Product took over a week to arrive but that was entirely due to Royal Mail delays!
Despatch from Framework Sports was prompt and contact with them was everything it should be.
