I had such a fantastic experience with Fragrance London! The selection of perfumes is incredible – they have all the classics as well as some unique finds you won’t easily get elsewhere. My order arrived quickly, beautifully packaged, and the attention to detail really stood out. The fragrances are 100% authentic and last all day, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
I was pleasantly surprised at the prices too – I managed to get Calvin Klein Euphoria for nearly half the price compared to high-street stores, picked up Paco Rabanne 1 Million at a much better deal than Boots, and even found Armani Si at a price I couldn’t find anywhere else online. Such amazing value for genuine products!
Customer service was also excellent – very polite, helpful, and quick to respond to my queries. It’s rare to find a perfume store that combines quality products, great prices, and genuine care for their customers.
I’ll definitely be shopping here again and recommending them to friends and family. Truly a hidden gem for anyone who loves perfumes!❤️❤️❤️❤️

How on earth would you know unless you opened it…… scammers avoid.

Don't be fooled - this is not a real company
Really wish I'd read these reviews before choosing to purchase a perfume for my wife from Fragrance London. Ordered two weeks ago and much like everyone else, item not delivered and zero communication. I tried calling but they have pulled the old 'This number is not in use at this time - please send an email instead.' Give it a go - 01908 151987. And of course no response to the email. Don't be fooled! Don't give your money to a bunch of crooks. You have been warned.

STAY AWAY Order never arrived
Order never arrived neither been given a tracking number. Been contacted after a week by the customer service telling me the order been refused, with an attached from Royal Mail not showing the full address order sent to. I asked for a proof and I have CCTV home can prove no delivery been attempted. Deducted postage fees, and sent a refund without these. Unprofessional, unreliable service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM DESPITE THE LOWER PRICES

Firstly acceppt our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Your item was shipped via royal mail tracked delivery requiring signature. If you fail to collect then we comply with our returns policy clearly stated on the website.
Order never arrived
Order never arrived. “Tracking” remains the same as day of order. Shipping company not given and Fragrance London wants me to download an App to track. Never had this with any other company in over 20 years ordering online.
Emailed Fragrance London and received a very general reply but nothing further. PayPal refunded.
Avoid. Might seem a little cheaper than elsewhere but I doubt you’d receive great service. Or indeed your order.

Accept our sincere apologies however all items we dispatch are royal mail tracked requiring signature. In your case the item was lost by royal mail resulting in delay however refund was duly applied.
Avoid This Company
This is a shady company. I ordered 20 items, and they only shipped a partial order. I tried to get a full refund for the refused delivery, but it was extremely difficult. It took two weeks and I had to get PayPal involved to resolve it. I will never buy from this company again.

We are sorry about your experience. Having investiagted the issue your parcel was split into two due to number of units and shiiping restrictions. For refunds unfortunately you had to wait for us to get the item back. Refusing delivery does not mean refund will be issued straightaway. However your refund was duly issued.
