I've been emailing this company for days and no response at all. The BP machine that I ordered is dangerous and I don't know how they are selling it. They've gave a phone number which no one picks up and they dont answer your emails either.

I received my Explorer Platinum Gift Set on Saturday the box nor the Aftershave was sealed, the 2 x refill glass bottles were smashed and leaked staining the box and marking it, the main bottle or box was not sealed, so am now suspicious that it’s the genuine article. The box was not protected only a few polystyrene bits but were underneath the aftershave set nothing protecting the gift box at all. I have called and it says they’re too busy with calls also I have sent 5 x emails they only respond to the first one wanting more details but I did send the order number and 4 x photos with my 1st email all where you can clearly see the smashed items and bad very little protective packaging, no packaging inside gift box to protect glass products whatsoever, I have also sent 5 WhatsAPP with NO reply so I am not a happy customer and will take this further if I have no response today Including postage I’ve wasted £42 and it was my sons birthday gift. Because no seal I also have big doubts that it’s ALL FAKE so I will update once I take it to a professional legit retailer.
Further to my 7 x email I sent to this Company I finally received a reply today with absolutely NO intention to refund or send me another, I will speak with Citizens Advice Consumer and Fraud Department. Please read their response to me today. Please DO NOT PURCHASE from them I think they may of sent out damaged goods knowing that they would not refund I wonder how many others have had this with them. They take days to reply also you can’t ever get through on their telephone or WhatsApp they don’t answer.
They have also taken my review down from their Website and I only see all positive reviews it’s obvious they want nobody to know!! Hope this helps anyone thinking of purchasing from them !!

We have reviewed the photos and information provided. Unfortunately, we are unable to find sufficient evidence to confirm that the damage occurred before delivery. The outer box appears to be intact, which makes it difficult for us to establish that the bottle was damaged during transit.
Based on the evidence currently available, we are therefore unable to approve a refund or replacement.

I purchased a few fragrances from temu and I have changed my mind about them a few times but with different suppliers but to be told that I have no right in returning more than 3 packages a year and that gives us the right to refuse to accept them to be processed and to see if they meet our returns requirements or criteria but it seems like consumers have no right to return
their unwanted products even though if the box has not been opened… Avoid like the plague and if you order from temu or aliexpress beware because they slip in the odd fake too i had this with and acqua di gioi purchased from them and then from Frasers online and the box and bottles were completely different so watch out for fakes and do not trust.. I will be taking this to the small claims court

Superb price! I was slightly sceptical at first as it seemed too good to be true, and not heard of the website before, but sure enough I received a genuine new/sealed aftershave in very fast delivery time! I do wear this same fragrance all the time, so feel I would know the difference and be able to spot a fake product. Legit products at great prices, will be purchasing again! Thanks! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Disappointed with this purchase. The perfume itself smells nice at first, but the scent does not last long at all and fades very quickly. The packaging was also damaged, which was frustrating because this was meant to be given as a gift, but I could not gift it in that condition.

I bought this from Temu and, based on the poor longevity and damaged packaging, I am not fully confident the product is genuine. Overall, not what I expected and I would not buy again.

Quite simply fake.Smells nothing like the origional and doesnt last.
Offering a refund for "unopened bottles" is laughable.

How can you tell when it looks real then you open it to find its not.
A call to trading standards is next on my agenda.
I hate scammers and i will not let this rest.

I was initially hesitant after seeing some mixed reviews but I am really glad I ordered from Fragrance London. The fragrance arrived quickly, beautifully packaged and 100% authentic - exactly the same as I've purchased in-store before. The scent is long-lasting and the bottle came sealed with original packaging. Customer service was also responsive when I had a question about shipping. I wouldn't hesitate to order again as they are the cheapest supplier in the UK currently.
