Driver informed of us arrival time and delivery was within 2 days of pickup

Great Folks , the Driver i had a hard time understanding him, i think he wanted to pay him as well , i guess it got worked out

The whole experience with FR8Star was wonderful and convenient. I initially had some concerns and questions, I called up customer service, they answered everything above and beyond and we're extremely helpful. And once I accepted a bid for the load, the Hall company was fantastic as well, they were quick, responsive, on time, and super friendly when they showed up. We would definitely use your service again thank you very much for your help with transporting the load.

David was a total scam. It was a total nightmare trying to get the Jeep picked up and delivered. When the driver finally did deliver the Jeep, he would not unload it until we paid him for the vehicle. He had an invoice for the Jeep. I had wired the money to the auction house on Thursday, he delivered it to us on Tuesday. David told him not to unload it until we paid for the Jeep. I had to show the driver the proof that we had wired the payment PRIOR to him picking it up. There is no way an auction would allow an item to be picked Dynasty Global is a scam artist. Do not use him.

First off it’s strange for y’all to hand your bid off to another dispatcher.
Then this other dispatcher lied to me .he told me that my tractor was picked up on Thursday may 25 . Witch it did not get picked untill the Tuesday may 30.
The driver. Was the worst thing of this whole deal.
When he picked up the tractor on Tuesday may 23 he re-negotiated saying he would not haul it for less that $2,800.00 cause it had an attachment. Then I told him that his contract said it was 17’ long 7’ wide 8.8’ tall and 14,000 pounds.and that He agreed to pick it up knowing this information.
( And when he picked it up on a 10,000 pound trailer I knew he was gonna have issues getting it back to Oklahoma. )
Witch took 5 days to get here . he arrived Saturday june 3
So every one I talk to about this issue. I tell them not to ever use Fr8star.
