Good products with excellent price. Initial communication was poor but once first contact was made everything was good. Missing 2 small parts but again communication has now been good in terms of promising the delivery of these pieces.

Product I'd ordered was damaged. Company got right on to me arranging for similar product of my choosing to be arranged.
Delivery was very prompt and we'll packaged and tracked all the way.

Love this store and will deffo shop here again. Candlesticks I purchased had broken during delivery and without any hesitation I was offered new ones which were delivered within 2 days.

I bought a beautiful scatterbox cushion from Foys recently. It is so unique and comfortable. Customer service was very impressive, as I got a personal text to say it would be a little delayed, as was on back order. Great to see a family business doing so well.

Superb customer service here from start to finish from Martina who chased up an online order super efficiently and went out of her way to keep me updated and then Sarah Walsh who I met in the Stranorlar store who was just a master class in customer service going above and beyond to ensure I chose the right rug. Order 8x duke chairs in advance of getting house keys. The keys were delayed longer than I thought and it was no problem. Chairs are beautiful and the price was very reasonable. Once I have them the go ahead chairs were delivered two days later. Highly recommend!
