Long time after ordering before delivered then delivered to wrong address However Seems to have been an issue with delivery service and not from fountain softeners themselves

Very pleased with the service and the price.
I looked on the web to replace my 17 year old Crown water softener as I was replacing my kitchen. There were a number of different prices but Fountain Softeners were cheaper for the identical softener by a long way. I looked on their review and there were a few negative reviews as well as positive. I decided to buy from Fountain and was very pleased. Not only did they give me a further 10% discount but they included 3 packs of salt blocks. I phoned & said that I needed it at the end of the week as I had a plumber coming on the Monday. I was very pleased when it arrived on Friday lunchtime all intact and very well packaged.
I was very pleased with the service and the price, I already knew that it was a very reliable product.

My block salt softener was stuck in regeneration mode. With the help of YouTube I managed to identify the problem, it needed a new shuttle valve.
Found Fountain Softeners online and watched there videos and was confident I could fix it.
New shuttle valve good price and excellent service.
All fixed and running perfectly, a lot cheaper than a new softener.

Excellent after sales service
I had a few follow up questions after I bought a Coral 15l water softener, mainly around how to take care of the discharge. The after sales service was absolutely fantastic. Every question I asked was answered swiftly and precisely, and I had quite a few questions. Top marks!

Good After-Sales Service
I have dealt with Fountain Softeners on-and-off over a period of eleven years, and I have always found their level of service to be very good. They are happy to give technical advice by phone or email, to supply spare parts and the service engineer that visited me went the extra mile to ensure my softener was set up just as I wanted it. I would recommend this company without reservation.
