Found Capital Bewertungen

I recently submitted my startup to Founders Capital and, although they decided not to move forward, the feedback I received was super constructive and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a VC team that takes the time to provide founders with actionable insights instead of a generic rejection.

That kind of transparency and thoughtfulness is something our ecosystem needs more of.

Although my venture was very early I received very insightful feedback that has helped me move forward with my business

Even though it was too soon for my business Laurence took the time to feedback, and also express his interest and support for what we are doing. This is rare, and when you are starting and get more rejections than interest constructive feedback is hugely helpful, many funds ask 20 minutes of your life to apply but can't even be bothered to give you one sentance of feedback in response.

Excellent upfront response of the process, prompt feedback. The feedback had a good understanding of the market. They do a great job at that, considering the people that are raising.

One feedback point was around no other commitments on the round. This is not helpful for startups starting out.

Thoughtful feedback from Laurence. Would love to keep in touch with them.

Speedy response and speedy feedback - thank you

Laurence provided incredibly helpful and candid feedback, which is a rare in the fundraising process. We'd like to continue our relationship with him!

We had such a positive experience with Found Capital. From the very beginning, the communication was fast and clear, which made the whole process feel smooth and supportive. Our consultation call with Laurence was a real highlight, it felt relaxed and genuine, with a real interest in getting to know us as people and understanding our journey as founders rather than just focusing on the pitch. Even though we weren’t successful this time, the feedback we received was incredibly thoughtful, detailed, and constructive, and Laurence went above and beyond by suggesting alternative funding options that could help us move forward. That kind of generosity and openness is rare in the investment space, and it really stood out to us. Overall, I’d rate the experience 10/10 and we’d be delighted to have the chance to work with Found in the future.

Laurence and the Find Capital team are setting a new standard in terms of engagement, transparency, metrics and feedback which is appreciated by founders like ourselves when engaging with VCs.

I would highly recommend Found Capital. Laurence was great to deal with and provided us with excellent, helpful feedback.

Laurence gave us really good feedback and gave us a direction for our next steps.

Looking forward to working in future with Found Capital.

Laurence was highly responsive and gave helpful, courteous feedback.

Laurence was extremely helpful and took the time to give great feedback for my business. Although we aren't a fit for now, the door is open to explore opportunities in the future. I would highly recommend Found Capital, it is really refreshing to receive feedback rather than being ghosted or wondering what could have been better. I hope that one day we will do business together, as if this is how they approach declines, I imagine them being next level if its a yes! Thank you Laurence for your time, it's hugely appreciated. Samantha

For the first time, I'm able to have a clear set of feedback and benchmark to see where I'm at in terms of fundraising competition. It's really helpful for us to understand the rationale behind investors' 'no' and refine how we approach fundraising

Laurence and his team’s review process was very quick once we had submitted our application.
The reasons why we were unsuccessful were very insightful reflecting a very thorough review process in assessing our proposition for their syndicate .

We will return in due course when we can show more market fit and get to the shortlist stage. The syndicate is clearly very well organised with a balanced portfolio of sectors offering pre-seed and seed startups access to Angel investors .

Laurence was quick to respond to our application, had very thoughtful, probing questions and did prudent due diligence. Whilst it didn't work out, the feedback process was more effective than most funds/syndicates I've dealt with.

Laurence Grant provided one of the most useful pieces of feedback we’ve received on a client’s B2B SaaS/MarTech round. They were transparent, constructive, specific, and allows us to take the practical steps forward.

Clarity and transparency on the process and next steps
Actually got feedback
Speed / turn around time

I was recommended Found Capital through a mutual aquaintance. The process was smooth and simple. The team took the time to evaluate our business and gave us some extremely valuable, practical and supportive feedback. I would highly recommend exploring Found Capital if you are looking for funding and expertise.

I was pleased to receive such detailed feedback from the team, which was both constructive and greatly appreciated.
