The dress I ordered came a little damaged and I messaged customer service right away. They immediately responded and made it right. They had a return label and new dress on the way to me in no time!!!!

Fortunate One customer service is top tier. Abigail was amazing at her speedy replies and ability to correct any issues.
Have never dealt with a store before that made refunds so simple and easy to access.

Amazing customer service! I had an issue with a package due to the postal service and they were able to get me answers and answer emails in a timely manner.

I made a return for store credit a long time ago and then forgot about it. Unfortunately, the store credit automatically expires after a year, so when I went to use it it was expired. I reached out to customer service and Abi reactivated it for me. They didn't have to do anything about it, but I feel so grateful that they did!
