Forman & Field is consistently excellent in terms of the quality of their produce and the service they deliver. Rachael in customer services was particularly impressive in going above and beyond to ensure that our New Year delivery arrived in time. I cannot praise and recommend this company highly enough - superlative!

Such a shame. Wonderful range and good customer service/communication up to the point of delivery. Goods were sent in a box at least 4x too big with no additional packaging. As a result, by the time it was delivered, expensive produce like lobster and soft cheeses looked like they had been in a tumble dryer. I could not get through on the phone , I did email but got no response and so was not able to rectify in time for Christmas wasting a substantial of money. I made an order from the Fish Society who I normally use which arrived yesterday, expertly packaged and in perfect condition. Really very unhappy with Forman and Field. Please do not resort to blaming it on being busy at Christmas. Knowing many customers have ordered specifically for this day means you should ensure enough resource to manage last minute issues to avoid this sort of situation occurring.

The food was absolutely exceptional, completely took the stress out of hosting a dinner party.

Considering the food is freshly prepared the day before delivery, the packaging and delivery went off without a hitch! Not to mention there incredible customer service who catered to my ever need.

We’ve ordered several times from Forman and Field - mostly for others as gifts, but having treated ourselves twice this year, I wish we’d done so more! The food is delicious, very well packaged and a real treat. What really topped it off was the customer service - very attentive and quick to respond to my queries. They resolved these and delivered every time, which I wasn’t really expecting, due to time and having to address them during busy periods. Many thanks Beth and the team for being very helpful and personable. Would highly recommend this company.

The level of customer service is exemplary and Fortnum and Mason could learn a great deal from you! You honestly should be giving trainings to other similar outfits, and wining customer service awards everywhere. Even Chanel cares less about its clients!

My experience of shopping with F&F was all very straightforward and stress-free. The ingredients and preparation requirements for the various dishes one could order were all very clearly explained on the website and the ordering process was very straightforward. It was good to be able to choose an appropriate delivery-date for my order and all the food was all really well packaged and very well protected in transit, and stayed nice and cool in the fridge with the insulated packaging. And most importantly, the food itself - we had Smoked Salmon Paupiettes and a Dressed Lobster - was absolutely delicious!

We ordered as a special treat for our wedding anniversary and I will certainly order again from F&F for a future special occasion - highly recommended!

London's finest mince pies, and many other wonderful things in an extensive catalogue. Everything is British, which is nice, though perhaps the cheeses aren't the most inspiring that can be found on this isle. Smoked salmon is their roots of course -- very good, a bit darker and saltier than Loch Fyne if you're used to that.

Always great food and great service. Friendly, knowledgeable team and importantly, when something goes wrong - they go above and beyond to correct it. I've used them several times for dinner parties and will be returning many more times.

My food order (Number 209076) did not arrive and my wife had to make last minute and stressful arrangements for a special dinner.

The alderton ham was for our village harvest supper.
Everyone said how tasty it was and I’ve ordered two catalogues to give to residents, I will point out exactly what they had to eat.
Finally the quality is always good.

Food is delicious always amazing quality. A real treat.

not my favourite too much salmon for starter too many bones in the cod miso and the tarts were not the best custard too much sugar
