I went on the smokehouse tour followed by a salmon carving masterclass. It was a day that exceeded all of my expectations. A real hands on and close up experience of some of the finest smoked salmon available. It was a joy to be led around by Darren whose knowledge and skill were remarkable.
Simply brilliant.

The products are fabulous, plus the customer service is ace. They pushed forward the delivery for me on my last order so that the products could land in time for a celebratory meal. Big thank you to Beth for sorting so quickly and effortlessly. Will keep going back to Foreman and Field !!

Have been a customer for a couple years and Christmas for our family would not be the same without their side of salmon. Always eagerly looked forward too but “sadly” the salmon is devoured far too quickly.

Purchased 4 products to share and enjoy over the Christmas period. Each were delivered on the dates requested and we were kept fully informed of progress at all times.
All products were well packed and the quality was excellent helping to make for an enjoyable Christmas.

Why do I always submit an order at Christmas? Consistently high-quality and consistently reliable delivery. Everything properly packed and as described. Over the years, I've become better at finding the things I enjoy most: that really always includes smoked salmon and salmon fishfingers. The rest is a movable feast although the Mrs King's pork pies are an annual delight this year, I sourced them from a different provider but that doesn't mean that I have fallen out of love with Forman & Field.

I also think your excellent, luxury products make fantastic Christmas gifts.

The poached side of salmon is an excellent party centre piece. We served ours with new potatos. The side of smoked salmon in superb. The trimmed version is really easy to slice. Steamed asparagus and hollandaise ( we like Delia's foaming version) is brilliant with the royal fillet of salmon. P.S. any left over hollandaise is fantastic with whitebait.

Quality, reliability and custom service

The site was recommended to me for high quality vegan food. The faux smoked salmon is a complete waste of money- it is just thin slices of carrot. When my daughter registered her displeasure she was told that it is basically tongue-in-cheek product and not meant to be taken seriously!
The veggie terrine was bland and sloppy, not a Christmas treat at all. They offered her another one… not the point!! It went into the compost.

I have been a customer of Forman and Field for 3 years. I have always been so impressed by not only their delicious food but their whole operation from start to finish is first class . So refreshing !
Christmas entertaining was a joy everything I ordered arrived beautifully packaged with full cooking instructions and very well received by all my guests.

Dreadful.

Packaging was good and food arrived on time but that’s the only plus.

Cheese soufflés were awful
Potato pave was swimming in so much oil it could barely cook
Pies were a mess

A real shame as we were looking for somewhere we could reliably order good food from but zero chance of us ever placing another order.

Very disappointed as quality had markedly gone off. Lobster bisque too strong with brandy, salmon pate strong and virtually no
Langoustine in it and pissaladiere inedible as so salty to use. Finally Melba toast totally crushed in box and just crumbs. Sadly last time we will use them. Shame as their customer support first class.

Delivered on time . Good food that made our difficult Christmas so much better.
Turkeys I purchased were presents and enjoyed by our tenants.

Delicious food, superbly packaged and delivered with care and on time. We did Christmas by Forman & Field, and it made the day so easy. I had made a few amendments to my original order and, as always, customer service was excellent. The three-bird roast, gravy and Christmas puddings were so yummy – already looking forward to Christmas 2024! Thank you.

Christmas. We have been customers for a long time now and order throughout the year. The food always arrives in good condition. Wonderful quality and tasty. The family enjoyed every morsel.The Yuletide porchetta, steak and chip skewers and the tuna tataki. Will definitely be getting more. Thanks

We have ordered from F & F over many years and the quality of food is always excellent. Our box of delicious food arrived on the requested day. We particularly like the lobster roll kit, lobster bisque, lemon and pistachio cake and Mrs Gill's almond cake. The website is easy to use and full of luscious illustrations.

Great service, both on phone order and delivery. Excellent quality as per usual…..fantastic smoked salmon and the fishcakes are by a country mile the best that I have come by.
