I did not get the package…
I did not get the package even though it says delivered. I emailed yall and was told I will not be getting a replacement. So I’m out the $55 I spent with yall and got nothing for it. Unacceptable. I am disputing the charges and will not be making another purchase from Forever Lux again.

We understand how frustrating it is when a package is marked delivered but cannot be located. Our team did review your message when you contacted customer support and provided the information available from the carrier regarding the delivery.
Unfortunately, once a package is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, we are unable to replace or refund the order under our shipping policy. We always recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier office in case the package was mis-delivered.

I've been buying colognes and perfumes from you guys for years. I've always received excellent quality products for extremely cheap prices. I will not even consider purchasing products from anywhere else! If a particular product is sold out at the time, I will wait and check back (and has always!) and then place my order.
