Bought a tester that said cap but arrived with “no cap”. Returned, refunded, reordered the same higher price fragrance with cap. Hassle factor but at least they worked the 2 week process.
Ended up satisfied.

For safety reasons they must travel via ground transportation, which can occasionally add additional time during delivery.
