This is a company that does things really well. From the multiple free fabric samples, to sending extra photos of the different legs available, which makes designing your item really easy, through to delivery of a perfectly crafted, beautiful piece of hand-made furniture. It's not cheap, and the lead time is quite long - I think our small footstool took 5 weeks from order to delivery - but what you are getting is a bespoke, quality item that looks great and will last.

I ordered a footstool from Footstools & more. Before I placed the order, I asked for various samples of fabric,. These were sent promptly. I then asked for a second batch as I wanted to be sure that the colour and texture matched our decor. These too were sent promptly. Contact by email or phone is responded to quickly and by a real person - not a robot! The stool arrived within the time stated. Well packaged and beautifully made. We are going to be placing a second order from this company as we love the personal service they provide.

We ordered a Camden medium piped round footstool with piping in the Melbourne Heather fabric as we have elements of purple, teal and green in the room where we're using it and it looks absolutely wonderful. The build and finish are excellent. Fabric samples were sent promptly and delivery was smooth, I could mark down a tiny bit (to 4.8 stars) as it took just over five weeks, rather than the estimated three to four and, as others have mentioned, there were no progress updates - but that feels a bit churlish as we're so pleased with the product.

A little disappointed with the finished product

Footstools and More were very easy to deal with. Spoke to them several times on the telephone and was able to talk through my requirements and any queries. Was able to speak to an actual person which is not always the case these days!

I received my Kensington footstool within the estimated timescale. Absolutely delighted with the quality of the footstool which has been much admired. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

We had been looking for a Footstool/Coffeetable for sometime and just couldn’t find what we wanted.
We stumbled across Footstools and mores website, ordered some fabric samples, which we received very promptly.
After much whittling down of options we created our final choices, placed the order and sat back.
5 weeks later we received our completed order which has exceeded our expectations on all levels.
