Still waiting for my order have not had an update since 25th august was told 11 days for delivery! The reviews looked good for this site so bit disappointing at the lack of communication after sending two emails for an update

Once again this company did not disappoint, this is my third jersey ordering and from the ordering process to delivery no complaints top quality jersey at unbelievable price .

Superb quality shirts at a very good price. I've ordered 3 shirts since May and all have been great buys.
All with original tags so not knock-offs and the quality you would expect from original shirts, including flocking which is the official font. Will buy more shirts from here.
The time it take from ordering to arrival is good. There's no date of arrival but you can track the process being made. Tracking keeps you clearly informed and on the day of delivery you're not sitting around waiting. Courier also a very friendly guy.
I can recommend this company and I have had no problem at all with customer service. They reply quickly and politely to queries.

I placed an order on the 5th June and still not recieved
Communication is sparse. I had a reply saying out of stock another one chosen and numerous correspondence sent gir an update with no reply

I am still awaiting an order placed 27/5. Their correspondence is terrible and I also received quite a rude message with regards to my order. Was told last Monday it would be being sent out but still nothing. Will never use this company again, there are so many more professional companies out there. Cannot comment on quality, but in their bio they claim outstanding customer service, which is completely inaccurate. Instead of arguing with your customers and stating 'facts' it would be wise to apologise for delays and inconveniences.

Received my new arsenal shirt today and so pleased with it . Good quality and will be purchasing more for sure

Read the reviews and thought i would take the chance and so glad i did, order came today, its exactly like the one i paid double for, it took 13 days to come but worth the wait, i will definitely be buying again and very soon at that price

Really pleased with the service from Footkit team. They are really busy so took a little time for the jersey to arrive but overall the customer service team was responsive and helpful. Will buy again.

Would not recommend I ordered a football kit said allow up to 11 working days so I ordered it in plenty of time it was for my sons birthday which is today it still has not arrived emailed they said they had staff off with covid have recently emailed again and have not yet had a reply

Terrible service! No idea about item, as still have not received it as if 12th Nov and ordered it (UK delivery) on 21st Oct, and not even personalised it! When chased them, I did not get reply but got an email with RM tracking number (still says RM is waiting for it!!). When chased again, I was told it was sent and it will be delivered...One day!!! And I can return it when I get it!! Well, the point is, I have still not got it nearly 1 month since ordering 1 simple item! Rude customer service blaming it on ...customs! I've order stuff past 21st Oct from China and the USA & got all of them already so clearly a pigeon from Ireland must be lost!!
Waste of your money!! Go somewhere else.

I ordered three customised kits for my kids and I am very impressed with the quality. It stated 11 days but arrived within about 7, I’ve already ordered a few more ready for birthdays coming up.

I love my Inter Miami Top, I've had it for about 2 months now and I cannot fault the quality. I've told all my friends and family about footkits, we're planning on doing a big order for Christmas for all of the family. Will definitely be ordering again, many thanks!

The Jersey fits perfect and it looks really well. As the shorts are white, it's see through which is not good. What's worse I ordered personalised writing which came off after one wash. Not impressed have a very disappointed girl!!

Order a football shirt from them and it arrived in good time and look good ..... yes I'm just going to order another one

i ordered two kits however it did not arrive within 11 days as was said, it took roughly a month and 4 days to arrive, communication on their half could most definitely be improved that said once the kits arrived i was very pleased.

I ordered an Arsenal Home Kit expecting to wait the 11 days stated on the website, however after roughly 6 days I have my shirt. I will definitely be ordering again, customer service was very helpful and all the tracking was given to me within 48 hours.
