Extremely fast delivery (I live in Ottawa).
I'm pretty sure they sent repackaged beds, one had a small blood stain on the side. But it's ok considering how hard it is to find beds in stock these days.

Product arrived undamaged in a timely fashion.

Placing an order was quick and simple.
Tracking an order - impossible with the numbers and link provided. It always read: unfound.
I received my order within a few days which was a bonus however I wasn't given an alert so that I could ensure someone was in the building to receive the delivery - that would have been nice.
Quality - I just received the foldaway beds so I have not put them in place yet. This review is strictly in regards to the lack of communication between buyer and seller.

3) matelas très déformé par la pliure. A du mal à reprendre sa forme. Confort très moyen.
Très déçu par le produit qui se vante d’être un produit de qualité supérieure.

Fast shipping and happy with product

I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but this company handled everything perfectly. From great website, placement of order, prompt shipping and to top it off, the fold out bed is perfect. Its really comfy. Impressed!!

The online ordering was quick and easy-to-use. I received my bed very quickly and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to purchase a folding bed.

I was really excited to get a UK made folding bed.
Paid extra for memory mattress.
When we received it the mattress is separated in the middle. $300+ $$$ later I hoped the product would be great since it was IK made. Truly disappointed.

The bed came with solid protective packaging. It was a simple 5 minute job to attach the wheels and headboard. The bed seems solid. Once the wheels are attached it glides with little effort. I bought it for my grandson, but, I did a test drive and stretched out on it. For intermittent use it will work, serve the purpose.

Arrived in a timely manner and was as described have not slept on it but the mattress seems comfortable. The only negative is that we did not received the correct hardware to attach the headboard.

The order process is very slow. No communication after order placed. Tracking number doesn't work.

I personally wish that it should be more firm we also bought Endy mattress that gives more firm sleep than this. It was not up to my expectations this my true remarks thanks for asking.

Overall I was happy with the quality of the beds and the customer service was terrific. One thing to note is that these are folding beds that I feel are suitable for a guest bed or intermittent use. Although they most likely would stand up to regular use, they are not as comfortable as some foam mattresses on the market.

I have no idea how long it will take to get it, no estimated date or anything. Just an email saying they will notify when it is shipped so I have no idea how long that will be.

After the order was placed, the delivery was confirmed and the two folding beds arrived exactly as estimated.

This should have been 5 stars as the bed is exactly what we needed.
HOWEVER, this review is about the lack of customer service we received.
And the condition of the bed when it arrived.
Firstly, there was a problem with the tracking of the package. Despite numerous attempts to get the tracking number to work, the bed still managed to arrive unannounced and unexpected. We weren't home. Our generous neighbor, who had no idea we had ordered the bed, put it in her garage for us. The tracking system didn't work.
Secondly, there were flecks of black paint all over the mattress. The bed arrived inside 2 boxes with no covering over the mattress. Nor any documents as to upkeep/warranty of the bed. Nothing about safe set up of bed (it rolls around when making bed up.) My guess is that in order to get the bed delivered, it came as a floor model or a return. The paint flecks were from scrapes along the sides around the casters and above.

Numerous emails regarding both issues. Although my initial excited "it's here" email got a quick reply, nothing about the condition has been addressed.

We won't return the bed. Not worth it.
Nor will we give it higher rating. Not worth it.
Needless to say, the hotel cot that is also desired will NOT be ordered--after all.
Sadly, not worth the online ordering experience.
