My dog is absolutely in love with the Jaxon bed! He is a 17 lb miniature schnauzer, and the medium size bed allows him to stretch out head to toe with lots of space. I've laid down with him from time to time and am quite confident that my dog is sleeping on a bed that is WAY nicer than my own! It is super cushy soft with the responsive foam and I love that I can take the cover off at any time to wash it if he gets his muddy little feet on the bed before I can catch him. Because that bed is the first place he goes every time he comes into the house, it is his new favourite place to be! I highly recommend the Jaxon dog bed to anyone who wants to spoil their pup with an awesome sleep experience. :)

I had an excellent experience with Sleepenvie, in particular with Erika, the amazing customer service rep. I ended up exchanging the mattress I purchased only because it was too soft for my back. And unfortunately the second mattress was too soft too - they were both really comfortable, I'm sad my back didn't love them. Sleepenvie honoured their return policy no problem, and Erika was super responsive and processed the exchange and return right away. Everything arrived and was picked up quickly, and Erika communicated clearly and often all throughout the process, and was always friendly and patient. Based on this experience, Sleepenvie is a company that honours its word and goes above and beyond for their customers. Even though it didn't work out this time, I would definitely buy from Sleepenvie again. Thank you, Erika and team!

Tellement confortable, très moelleux mais en même temps un très bon soutien.

I did not end up keeping my Skyler pillow...it was a little too firm for me. Clearly it was a high quality pillow. However, 5 stars for the customer service I received in order to return it. (Which I have not found the case to be with other companies!)

2nd review since my bad last experience!! I finally have communications after 2 months of effort with an helpless agent throught the Sleepenvie website directly and not throught Labaie where I purchased the top mattress. I don’t know what happened but nothing was executed for my return process. I give to them 3 stars even if my item was damaged and defective because they help me to be refunded and they really care about customers!

The service I received was not customer orientated and did not address my issues. I never received the mattress that I ordered.

When I bought the pillow, it said that both sides would be cool, which was not what I got.

Their customer service is exceptional! There was an issue with my order as the wrong size bed was shipped to me. However, they quickly contacted me, apologized, and shipped out the right size and arranged for pick up of the wrong size. They gave me a pillow for the inconvenience caused too! They followed up and made sure everything was in order afterwards. Would definitely consider buying from them again for their great service!

Arrived quickly. Set up easy. Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s going to do what I hoped for.

Mariana contacted us at least five times after we reported the cloth of the head board ripped. She is very nice and professional: listen to our description and suggested us send her a picture. We found out except for the back cloth problem, the bed is sturdy and looked elegant after we put all parts together. They finally decided to resend a new bed to us. Have to give a full mark for Marianna's excellent customer service. Thank you!
