Website is easy to navigate price range is good, availability is great. People were quick to respond to emails and pick up if you wanted that was available o problem. The product was as advertised and the quality is good. The guests using the beds were quite happy this past weekend. Ted Ramm

The futon was delivered quickly and I love the colour. It is firmer than I expected so it will need a mattress topper when used to sleep on.

I got the folding bed, excellent product. Fantastic service as well- my delivery person was so sunny and cheerful, it made my day. The bed is very comfortable.

Okay so far, waiting for the delivery. I asked a question and recieved an email in 2 or more days.

didnt get shipping info for a few days which is not typical these days but the customer service response did come quickly and now all is good. Happy with the great response time.

Service was very good and the bed seems quite sturdy but we made a mistake in the choice of bed. I misread the height when open and it is way too low for old people like us. We should have gone for the Supreme. Now we are trying to figure out how to raise the height.

I emailed to check if my order went thru. I received a response right away. My order was sent(on a Monday) the day after I ordered it & I received it by the Friday which was great as I needed it on the Saturday!

The bed was purchased online, but we did the drive to pick it up. We aren’t local, but it was reasonable. During the very easy assembly, we realized the headboard was missing.
I must say, Eugene was quick to respond to my emails, offered some suggestions as to where it could be, but it wasn’t packed. Christmas delayed delivery, but the missing headboard arrived today. We were very impressed, especially with customer service!

The customer service experience was great. Quick reply and the bed was sent out and delivered fast. The bed I bought came with a wheel that was broken. I contacted them and they are sending a replacement. The bed was what it was supposed to be....however I have a hard time opening it. It took two of us to do it and I'm not sure if were doing it wrong but a bed shouldn't be this hard to open. That's my only complaint.

Great communications and prompt delivery. Folding bed is a great design, a bed for our little grandson and a delightful gym mat for playtime. And when he’s not visiting, a perfect hassock for us.

I had many questions before deciding to buy the JBed and these were all answered prompty & informatively.
Ordering was easy. Shipping was trackable. Only thing was estimated delivery day was not indicated. Therefore I was at of the house. The delivery man went the extra effort to deliver by walking with his dolly to go to the right gate.
Bed was light weight as I had wanted. Easy to unfold. The mattress looked less than the 4"inch that was indicated. Hopefully that will expand to 4" after a while.

Good response time and easy order process.

The company Folding Bed was very accommodating, friendly and quick to respond in correspondence. However, the bed itself is very uncomfortable and they will not take a return. The website states that it is because of high shipping costs which is understandable, but we can return it to them personally.

Ordered futon for JayBe Cot we already own.
Arrived promptly and fits cot perfectly. Very happy with the futon quality. Comfortable!

I'm still waiting for it, so I can't comment on it.
