Extremely disappointed with the service from FNP. I placed an order for a Father's Day cake via Grab at 3.35pm, and it was supposed to be delivered by 5.00pm, well before my guests arrived at 7.00pm for our celebration.

At around 6pm, I received a notification stating that the cake had been delivered, but no cake had actually arrived. I called FNP at approximately 6.50pm and spoke to Mr. Ayush, who assured me that he would check with his team and call me back. Unfortunately, no callback was made, and I had to repeatedly contact him myself just to get updates on my order.

Finally, at around 8.00pm, Mr. Ayush informed me that there had been a technical issue and asked if I still wanted the cake delivered, which would take an additional 45 minutes. By then, our Father's Day celebration had already been disrupted.

Due to this poor service, I had to spend extra money to purchase another cake at the last minute. It was a complete waste of time, caused unnecessary stress, spoiled my mood, and most importantly, ruined our Father's Day celebration.

FNP seriously needs better management and contingency planning during peak periods, especially on important occasions like Father's Day. Customers place orders for special moments, and reliability is crucial. Sadly, this experience was far from acceptable.

Aina put down the wrong address. The delivery man had to call me to get the correct block number, and then he placed it at the wrong unit after.

Thankful for Aina's patience , helpful & spontaneous reply.

Very impressed with Aina and the customer service. Ordered today at 4pm, delivered before 8pm. Though there were issues (wrong address and wrong gift attached) but they managed to rectify and still tried their best to get it delivered today. Wonder if they worked 24/7? Really impressed with how his company.

P.s. not too sure if this was due to super last minute, the flower arrangement doesn’t look like the picture.
