We have recently travelled from Islamabad to Karachi Although staff is excellent but service was zero I am very disappointed with the way they have provided
The policy is not good . foreign pilots are hired.flught delay is normal practice.No meal or refreshments etc unnecessary security .public rights are zero no management.etc
The management has failed serving people in fact they want to earn money only

Delayed from Karachi to islamsbad and now delayed from Lahore to Karachi because of fog. Behind in technology. I’m from England always flying in fog snow . Too behind in technology. No compensation scheme

The good: clean new planes, still the best in the country. Food was good. We had a nice flight overall. The bad: Male crew member smelled and we held our breath everytime he passed us.
The ugly: Our flight departed 45 minutes late due to 'late arrival of incoming aircraft'. No apology was offered by the pilot nor did he refer to the delay.

This is a very unreliable airline and the customer service is very rude. They dont know when their flights will come or go and make you come to airport and then tell you that you cant check in for another 4 hours.

Comfortable journey and overall good experience. I would recommend to travel via FLY Jinnah.

5 time delay than again cancelled highly un qualified

Sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions. Passengers of Fly Jinnah Flight 9P502 were left stranded at Fujairah Airport for more than 6 hours without transportation, staff support, or communication. Many passengers were with children and elderly family members. I strongly recommend travelers consider other airlines until Fly Jinnah improves its customer care and accountability.

Good experience, everything was superb.

It was a great experience flying with this airline. Everything was good on board. One thing I felt missing was the communication between on board crew communication skills. They didn't communicate about the fly Jinnah's entertainment portal access. And there was not a single GPS screen showing the location of plane.

Flight 671 on December 14 from Islamabad to Karachi was in time, boarding and disembarkation was smooth, and I flight service was courteous and prompt.

Breakfast served at time of dinner was the worst part rest overall really good experience

You don't give food ..

Very cheap service. Don’t refund and deduction is too much high with so many hidden charges.

During the flight, I experienced a small seating confusion as someone was already sitting in my assigned seat, which I had not checked properly. This led to some confusion during meal service as well. I approached one of the female cabin crew members whose name I unfortunately do not recall, and she was extremely kind, patient, and helpful in resolving the issue smoothly.

Her professionalism and calm approach made the situation very comfortable, and I truly appreciated her support. Overall, it was a good flight experience with a helpful and courteous cabin crew team.

Great experience and good environment

Its my 2nd experience with Fly Jinnah and on both occasions, the company is strictly following its timing schedule which is very impressive. I will surely recommend my fellows to select Fly Jinnah.

I reached the airport 45 minutes before my flight I wasn't allowed to enter the waiting area because of Mr.Faizal Sayed as he bahaved so rudely and wasted my remaining time. I am pretty sure it want a big issue for them to let me go as I wasn't even carrying a luggage and I missed my flight due to his negligence. The supervisor's attitude created an incredibly stressful start of my day .

It's a good experience but no ketchup with the meal and no cold drinks were served rest the FJ travel is good.

Flight service is good, customer service is good same as Air Arabia.
