One of the worst experience I had with sasta ticket.

Flight cancelled, no communication.. gone through hell along with my family.
No cooperation, money loss during refund process.
People in customer care are literally like scripted robots, they don’t understand and not ready to help beyond the script they have been taught.

Hello sir I booked a ticket for my family on 9 march for 2nd April riyadh to Islamabad when I bought the ticket that time flight status was on time but last night I checked the flight status is showing cancelled please reschedule my ticket or refund my money it's a airsial airline I am trying to connect you but no response very bad service kindly contact with me I am worried about this I need to reschedule or book another airline

My experience with Sastaticket.pk has been very frustrating.
My flight booking was canceled due to the “global war situation,” even though the airline is still operating flights on the same route. The only solution offered was a refund.
Because the cancellation happened close to the travel date, ticket prices have now increased significantly, which puts the customer at a clear financial loss.
I expected a travel agency to assist with rebooking or alternative arrangements, but no such support was provided.
If this matter is not resolved appropriately, I will escalate the issue through regulatory authorities and formal legal channels.
I will update this review once the matter is resolved.

I had very very bad experience with sastaticket my flight was cancelled by airline due to bad weather but now it's being 20+ days and still not getting any response from sastaticket. When I called helpline the lady is saying we can't refund due to system error. Always they say this and they keep my Money.

I book my flight ticket with PNR (2GNNSV) with order id (4440400) with ticket no (6734003641148) showing aed/349 DXB to ISB. When reaching at check out it shows aed/17 for your services fee. After that when I put my card detail, it shows aed/7 for debit card fee. So the total amount included all services charges shows aed/373 of total.

But hold on, when I click for checkout and apply OTP for authentication it deduct total of aed/386.38 from my account. WTH is this?????

Give me refund of this extra amount. If not I will have all rights reserved to pursue against your company.

They will show the cheapest price on a particular date but when you notice and click on that date the price millions times more than they show you. Avoid this scammer company

Time wasting and money hungry. They never listen and don't have a clue what they are doing. 4 different chat agents and 2 call center agents acknowledged their mistake but were still adamant that their rules stipulate cancellation charges and refund deductions. Insisted on getting the refund in the sasta wallet which is their internal system and you are forced to buy from them again. PKR40000 ticket ended costing PKR55000.

They let you buy the cheap ticket and when you are ready to move a msg appears on your phone that due to some reasons we have canceled the ticket you may buy another ticket as you have already paid so now pay more and buy the ticket price they are offering hope everyone understand what I am trying to convey.

Trying to contact customer support but no one picks up. After 5 minutes call automatically hangs up. I bought a ticket, funds got cut from my bank account but did no recieve any e ticket. Pathethic service. Waste of decent money. I hope someone please sorts this for me.

Do not book please through this platform. There’s no refund or change bookings option available on their app. Please save your hard earned money.

You mentioned on your website, 'Cancel anytime and get 100% money back with سستا ری فنڈ.' You should also clearly specify on which flights this applies and on which it doesn’t. It’s written so prominently, yet you deceive and scam innocent people who don’t know better. I paid you Rs. 35,815, but after deducting Rs. 25,667 and Rs. 667, you’re only refunding me Rs. 9,450. I don’t need this Rs. 9,450 refund, but I will use all my sources and social media platforms to share this with the people of Pakistan to make them aware. People need to know that Sastaticket does not give a 100% money-back guarantee – it’s all lies and fraud.

I wanted to share my unfortunate experience with SastaTicket to warn others about their scamming practices. I recently used their service to apply for a visa and book a flight, and it turned out to be a nightmare.

Visa Application Scam: I paid SastaTicket to handle my visa application, but they submitted it with incomplete details. The visa authorities rejected my application within 2 hours of receiving it due to missing information. Despite this, SastaTicket kept lying to me for a whole week, claiming there were no updates from the visa authorities. The truth was, they were informed about the rejection within hours, but chose to deceive me instead.

Flight Booking Error: When I asked them to book a flight from Lahore to Dubai, they did the opposite and booked a flight from Dubai to Lahore. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer requests is unacceptable.

I urge everyone to avoid dealing with SastaTicket.pk They are scammers who charge you for incomplete and faulty services. Don't waste your money and time like I did. Spread the word and stay away from SastaTicket!

Don’t waste your time and money to buy ticket from this agent. I lost Rs18,000 with them and they just dragging me here and there telling me to contact bank. Bank says they can’t find any details with those reference number. So I had given up and no chasing them as tried for couple of months.
So AVOID FROM THIS TRAVEL AGENT AND BUY DIRECT OR ANY OTHER TRUSTED AGENT.

Buying tickets through them is easy. But if you need their support with any changes afterwards, they'll throw the Airline regulations in your face and WILL NOT HELP YOU. I highly recommend staying away from them. Buy directly from Airlines.

Bad system no service took online payment and saying they are unable to track payment

do not buy, they hide actual booking no so you cant modify your flight even if its free and allowed, and want to charge you each time you contact them. use direct flight instead.
