Dreadful, do not use, not customer friendly! Rip off
Thought I'd found the only place that had Dahlia- David Howard in stock, sent within 48 hours. All other companies said out of stock. Many days later I contacted them to ask when I'd receive my order only to be told they're out of stock as they're out of season but due in next year. I repeat next year. I asked them to cancel the order only to be told I cannot, as per their website, cancel bulbs that have been ordered. Even though they'll not come until next year they cannot cancel them. No explanation as to why. Even items that are out of season, which I didn't know they were, are shown as 'in stock'. All other companies show out of stock until 'in season'!
Each email from them gradually went from friendly to straight to the point........cannot cancel the order!!
Please do not use this company. The Managing Director should just slightly change his surname as this sums this rip off company up.
Told them I would not accept the order and it would be returned to them each and every time they send it, oh and to keep the money!
Very poor value for money
Very poor value for money , sent the same plants and sent one plant for £20 that was clearly only worth less than half that price ..I sent them for a birthday and the recipient was disappointed as was I .

I ordered two Dahlia - Blue Boy tubers on the 15th June paying the best part of £12 for a quick delivery, contacted them by email no reply they are a waste of time, space and my air ! Phone number rings out then cuts out so avoid this tin pot lot

Ordered long stem roses and spend £72…
Ordered long stem roses and spend £72 on 2 sets of 10 roses each. Flowers arrived and there is nothing long about the stems, they are average supermarket roses, poor quality, short buds and look old. Really disappointed as I could have bought better in the shop next door for a quarter of the price. Customer support is also poor. Replied that this is what they sell and the roses look good to them. Totally ridiculous, not even funny as a joke!

Placed an order, every single thing about it was incorrect. Was offered a refund; asked to send my details; then after sharing my bank details was told it was not possible.

Do not use this company!!!! I ordered eucalyptus for delivery as I had wedding bouquets to do , what a disgrace !!! They were all dying I emailed and complained and they said they disagree saying they were basically fine ,I wish I could post photos to show you !! They refused to give me a refund but a 50% discount on my next purchase, sorry there won't be a next purchase !!

Wrong flowers delivered. Contacted via email. Had 1 flippant response and no response to follow up emails requesting refund. Apparently what was ordered is out of season yet I was able to order them? Do not recommend this company. Won’t be using them again.

I ordered Sweet peas, they arrived in poor condition. I sent an email with photos to customer service. To their credit, they offered to send a replacement. Of the 10 stems that arrived, 6 were again 'water damaged'. I got in touch with customer service again ( with photos) but have been ignored. All stems are all but dead now ( 2
days after delivery). Flower prices are far higher than other similar sites and, in this case, the quality inferior. Just not worth it.
I paid £26 to 'enjoy' inferior quality flowers for 2 days!!!
Very poor communication and no product sent
I ordered some bulbs for a friends birthday and paid extra for the order to come in 48 hours and be tracked. Despite my credit card being immediately debited, I have not heard from Royal Mail or Flowers by Flourish in the last 6 days. I have phoned endlessly - the phone is always busy? I have emailed two polite requests for them to contact me... as of yet I am still waiting. Very poor customer service.

I ordered dahlia tubers three months ahead and paid up front.
They were very LATE despite several enquiries from by me.
I had to accept SUBSTITUTES!
Then when they finally arrived most of them FAILED to sprout.
And to add INSULT my requests for recompense have been ignored.

Would NOT recommend this company. I setup a monthly subscription for my wife as i wanted her to have a nice seasonal bunch every 4 weeks. I tried a smaller price to start (£30) as wanted to try them out. The delivery was £5 which many others are free. But delivery came the day i ordered them for atleast. The first bunch was nice. Lasted around 10-12 days. So carried it on. However the next month the flowers was worth about £10. And lasted 5 days. Was very disappointed. I cancelled my sub as was not happy.
The month after they re-activated my sub and charged me for another bunch. Very unhappy with this service.
I had to contact customer services who did the whole “well you did tick the Ts&Cs box so cant do anything” that box said it was a 3 month sub minimum. I didnt see that at time. So was not pointed out clear enough.
No understanding or anything from them.

Avoid at all COSTS! Broken dahlia tubers received with no refund.
Ordered dahlia bulbs, all were broken and one was not viable. They were sent a good size but no bubble wrap or care was given to them whilst packing. They were a 1/3 the size they shud have been and therefore I won’t have the display of flowers I wanted either. They also switched out some dahlias for others and said they’d been in contact when they hadn’t. They don’t reply to emails unless you send many. V disappointed please avoid. Shop at crocus or sarah raven instead. She gave me a full refund and replaced my dahlia tubers when they were broken. Crocus did the same.
Arrived on time but half dead on arrival
Flowers arrived on time when they were supposed to but arrived with half of the daffodils had already wilted and they boy last 3 days before the rest died this I was not happy with I didn’t take any photos to pass on to you but don’t think I will use you again for this reason

Awful flowers and service. Avoid.
Flowers arrived in a ripped box, with no protective packaging and looked wilted. I contacted customer service and was told that they would not offer any compensation because the state of the box was not their fault, the post office were to blame. I’ve never known a company sending flowers via the post office, slung in a cardboard box. It was very embarrassing to have these flowers delivered to a friend that looked like flowers from a petrol station when, in fact, they were expensive.

Had been let down by usual supplier, I needed a large bunch of daffodils for an Easter display and found flowers by flourish online.
I was very pleased with the price and quality of the flowers I ordered, they were just as shown in the photograph.
