Of the four named varieties of Amaryllis I ordered I received three bulbs of entirely different varieties.
The bulbs were not sent properly packaged in a cardboard box but in a flimsy plastic bag without any proper protection.
Having emailed the company to complain and request a refund I have had no confirmation of receipt nor any reply.
I do not think my review should rate my experience with any star’s whatsoever but the only choice is one star.
An atrocious experience.

The Amaryllis Bulbs are totally as fresh as possabley can be with the very usual very friendly helpfull perfect service provided by Flourish Staff Team

My daughters boyfriend order £27 of sweet peas and got £7 worth of freesias he would have had better value at a petrol station I urged people to not purchase from this company total ripoff merchants and scammers DO NOT USE

Flowers by post. What on earth possessed me to buy flowers by post? We got 3 days out of these before they started dropping petals.

The website is rather confusing when it comes to delivery. It allowed me to select -and pay- same day delivery but doesn’t provide same day delivery for one offs.
As other people have mentioned, they(?) do not answer the phone. It all feels a bit Micky Mouse.

I would not recommend.

Ordered a bouquet of lillies for a 50th Birthday and paid almost an extra £12 for next day delivery on top of the P+P and, they never turned... 2 days later they arrived, stuffed in a cardboard box.

Owner should be disgusted with themselves, total waste of more than £60

I ordered white Amaryllis bulbs for a display I’m putting together for Christmas. I ordered them out of season so I knew I’d have to wait for them. I got my order today, big healthy outsize bulbs securely packaged.Im very satisfied.

This company is a scam. Customer service and accountability is non-existent.

I recently received tulips from this company as a surprise gift, and unfortunately, the experience was horrendous. The flowers arrived limp and lifeless, and despite giving them a few days, the buds never opened and wilted completely without blooming.

Judging by other reviews of the lack of quality control here is clearly evident. Stay away. I’ve reached out to 'James' with photos in hopes to resolve the matter but was told:

"I’m sorry you were not happy with the tulips. The photos look like they have survived normally however. Please can you send the order number so I can look into this further for you?
I am afraid we will be unable to offer a refund."

I have not received a response since. Gaslighted and absolved themselves of any accountability. From the bottom of my heart, I hope this company and anything you touch in your lifetime James, amounts to nothing.

I went on the website, ordered a bouquet, put the delivery address in, saw the warning that Apple Pay would use the delivery address stored on my iPad, so I changed the delivery address on Apple Pay and confidently paid, in the knowledge that the bouquet would be delivered to my friend. That didn’t happen, the flowers were delivered to me, and I then had to go and deliver them myself, which defeated the object of using a company who deliver. When I emailed to say that I wasn’t happy, and would like a partial refund for having to do their job, they kept replying that they delivered to the address on the invoice and that it wasn’t their fault, and no refund was due. Yes, they did deliver to the address on the invoice, however the delivery address was reverted to by their software, which did not retain the delivery address I entered. No apology, nothing, just “it’s not our fault” Yes it is, you own the website. This is very poor customer service.

I bought a bouquet of blue hydrangeas. I ordered them a few weeks in advance as I knew that I will need them. I have read many, many bad reviews about this company, so I was really worried. I decided to share my good experience with them. I received the flowers on time - they were sent a day before over royal mail using tracked 24 service (might help that I live in a city). The flower bouquet looks very beautiful and was well packed in a huge cardboard box. There were also tips included on how to take care of it. I understand that it may not survive for a very long time as it was in transit, but I believe the owners sent a beautiful and good bouquet. I will definitely use the compnay in the future.

The option of 0 stars would be more appropriate. Same day delivery given as an option - which i took and paid a premium for. No flowers, next day calling constantly and phone rings out, no response to emails. Avoid this company at all costs i fear i have been scammed

Terrible service!!!

Really poor customer service, no willingness to fix their own mistakes. I was invoiced for my wanting item and got given another item completely different to my invoice order and product order, no refund from them nor any help and very much a customer lost - I highly recommend you do not use these suppliers they don't care for your custom.

Ordered and paid for ranunculus for my wife’s birthday but got delivered Fressia instead without being informed. Seller team didnt mind even to notify about the change. Saddest part is the my wife is allergic to Fessia. When I tried to contact the team and question them via email (They wont answer your call even if you call 100 x), they replied that I was rude and they have full right to change the order without buyer being informed. Its ridiculous to know that I pay and they decide what to deliver. This is company with zero percent customer value. If there was an option to choose I would have given NEGATIVE score.

Requested and paid for next day delivery - Royal Mail tracked delivery 23/08.
Now 27/08 ….. flowers (anniversary) not recieved. Contact phone number just rings out.
Not impressed , especially as used before without issues

I ordered a bouquet of sweet peas as I have not been able to grow any this year and I love to have the scent in my home. The flowers arrived with blooms already dying on the stems and past the stage of being able to produce any real fragrance. Such a disappointment. I won't be ordering anything from them again

I've ordered Ranunculus from them. But when order arrived it was tulips in a bad shape, it feels like they will die next day. And the customer support replayed with a very convenient reason for them - we were out of stock and decided to replace. Btw tulips were almost twice cheaper than original order.
So they are allowing to buy flowers even they are clearly out of stock. And refused to do a refund, saying that they just Can't do it by Terms & Conditions. But the thing is - they can to do it judging by their own Terms & Conditions. It is optional yes, but from what I'm reading here there was no case when they actually decided to help their customers.

Buyer beware. If they don't have your flowers in stock, they'll send whatever they have, even if they are dying.

The Customer service person will basically say "Oh wow, they look like they arrived in great shape!"

I spent £ on anemones and ranunculus and got tulips and cheap filler roses with no communication. The roses were brown.

Avoid like the plague.
Terrible company .
Take your money and don't tell you that you have to wait nine items for your bulb !!!!!
Refuse cancellation and won't refund.

my wife was presented a bouquet of flowers a month for the next 6 months for her 60th birthday but despite both emails and phone calls to initiate the process she has had no response or confirmation...poor customer service.

Bought a 6 month subscription of house plants as a Xmas present for my son and wife for their new house. Not too impressed with the quality of the plants when I recently visited; for £30, bog standard house plants that you could buy for less than half the price anywhere else. Also continued to send plants after the 6 months had ended, continuing to charge me £30 per month, as whilst the invoice clearly states 6 months duration, apparently in their small print they make it clear that the subscription continues until you cancel
