Did a monthly year subscription to make my daughter's 30th birthday last the year. She really looked forward to the surprise each month and sent me photos. The company were great when I had to postpone for a month. The flowers were of very good quality too. Thank you all very much.
Good customer service but misleading website
I bought some flowers for my friend's birthday and I had selected next day delivery. The website showed a countdown timer saying "Order by XX:XX to deliver by selected date".
Unfortunately that was not the case but the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and seemed interested in finding a resolution and genuinely wanted to help. Ended up getting lucky and the flowers arrived early the next morning so although late the customer service definitely made me feel like I was being taken care of.

Avoid and use an alternative company paid over £50 for flowers to arrive in poor condition with inadequate reason no refund offered just poor from start to finish.

They delivered a sparse bunch of freeshias instead , I was told on the website it us written when out of season they deliver free Shias instead . I have still to find where it is written. I feel completely ripped off !

They have a lot of bad reviews which had me worried, but the Hydrangeas I ordered came the next day and were perfect. Would order again!

Absolutely shocking to be honest
Absolutely shocking to be honest. Ordered some flowers for my wife’s Birthday and the didn’t arrive. Flourish said they would replace the flowers but not refund as the fault lay with Royal Mail and not them! Never again and wouldn’t recommend.

Disappointed spent £46
Disappointed spent £46. on sweeties for my mother who is blind but loves the smell of flowers. they arrived late and were basically dead, I complained and they did send some stocks to replace them but these only lasted a few days before they were wilting and dropping off.
although they did replace the dead sweetpeas , I would not uses this company again as flowers I have ordered from other Companys have lasted longer and not been so expensive .

I ordered peonys for my friends birthday. Most florists don't have peonys in August. They arrived in beautiful condition and have lasted over two weeks. They can supply any flowers in season. It's the second time I have bought from them and both times they have been amazing. The owner is charming.

Disappointed in the size of the bouquet
Really disappointed with the size of the bouquet. I ordered the biggest size and for nearly £100, you would expect a decent size but it was so small for the price. The pictures felt misleading.
They use so many "fillers" and so few flowers. Don't waste your money.
Delivery was fast though (but for an additional £7, I would expect that).

Exquisite Hydrangeas
I received a delivery from Flowers by Flourish of 5 large, white hydrangeas, carefully packaged with obvious care. The hydrangeas are, quite simply, exquisite. They give me joy every time I look at them.
I have had many beautiful flowers from Flowers by Flourish but these hydrangeas are in a class of their own: jaw-droppingly stunning.

I bought the sunflower bouquet at a total cost of 41.70 incl delivery. They arrived last Thursday but the roses, snapdragons and foliage were all totally dead and disgusting by Saturday, less than 48 hours actually. This is a total rip off and today,Monday the sunflowers are now dying. I have had to bin most of this expensive bouquet which I expected to last at least 7 days or more. The quality of the flowers is appalling. I expect a refund for this, or a quality replacement bouquet.

Flower arranging tutorial
Having made a pet friendly selection was confused when the compliments slip mentioned lilies. Not being entirely sure of what's what when it comes to flowers a quick call to James and exchange of photos on Whatsapp reassured me everything was in order. Found James to be helpful and professional even taking time for a brief tutorial in arranging the bouquet.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Absolutely shocking company. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my friend on the anniversary of my Mum's death. I was informed they'd be delivered between 11am & 2pm. They never arrived. I contacted the company to inform them & they said the post office would deliver when they could!!!! What's the point in asking for them on a specific date if that's the case.
The company have since stopped replying to my emails when I said I wanted a refund...nearly £50 down the drain.
Email from post office saying they'd gone to the wrong postcode, citing G32 DO, which doesn't exist?!
DO NOT USE THIS DISGRACEFUL FIRM.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
❌ I ordered a bouquet of 10 white ranunculus for a special occasion, but instead received fewer stems of pink peonies — the wrong type, wrong colour, and wrong quantity. ( I’ve ordered 10 stems, but received just 6 stems).
The shop claimed substitutions were “stated on the product page,” but it was not clearly disclosed, and I was not informed beforehand. They refused a refund and only offered extra flowers as a “goodwill gesture,” which I declined.
This was a disappointing experience. Poor communication, no accountability, and unprofessional handling of complaints. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
So according to your business logic, you can send whatever you want, in any quantity, completely ignore what the customer ordered — and call that acceptable?
This isn’t a minor substitution. It’s a total disregard for your customer’s choice, money, and trust. You sent the wrong flowers, wrong colours, and less than what I paid for — without warning, without consent, and now you refuse a refund.
That’s not customer service. That’s not professionalism. That’s deception wrapped in excuses.
If this is how you treat paying customers, people deserve to know.

After writing a bad review about this company I wholeheartedly take it back. I emailed the company and today recieved a email with an apology and explanation with an offer to resend my original order as the flowers.
Can't say fairer than that. I take my review back and would like to say a big thankyou to flowers by flourish and will gladly order from them again. Restored my faith in this company

Can't rate low enough.
Oh dear! How I wished I had read the reviews before ordering! I wanted daffodils for my mother in laws funeral and got wilting freesias. As this was a specific request and it was just out of the daffodil season, I was pleased to find that I could order them through this company who would get them from Holland. I thought they were a bit expensive but under the circumstances I paid it. 20 half dead freesias arrived. I telephoned and no reply. Eventually I got through to the most pompous, obnoxious person; I see from the other reviews that this is the norm. I explained the situation and he said that it was quite clear on the description that when daffodils were out of season they would send freesias; I said that it obviously hadn't been clear to me ( I'm normally quite a meticulous person) and why would their site allow me to order something that isn't available? He spoke as if I was wasting his time and said that they weren't a company that changed their website according to the flowers that they could get. I asked for a refund and he said no because I should have read the lengthy description that said daffodils weren't available. An absolutely vile and obnoxious person who is happy to charge high prices for low quality goods. I went to the local supermarket afterwards and spent half the price of the ones received for two large bouquets that were healthy and attractive; in stark contrast to the ones I got from this misleading company. Steer clear, I cant tell you one positive thing about them. I will be contacting my bank and gaining a refund.
What an absolute joke of a company
What an absolute joke of a company. The rep James Hunt is one obnoxious person ! My husband ordered flowers for anniversary which were meant to be delivered on 28/06/25, flowers never arrived, no e-mail from them to state what went wrong or how they would rectify it. Husband sent an email enquiry on 30/06, never got a response. Ring the company on 01/07 to tell them the order wasn’t fulfilled and he asked for a refund. James stated there was issue with shipment and flowers were dispatched apparently on the morning of 01/07. I rung to pursue refund, he gave the same story, didn’t want to listen not even apologised, I asked for refund he said flowers were sent this morning. I informed him the order wasn’t fulfilled, flowers were not ordered last minute and they had plenty of time to process the order, principle is yiu get them for yhe occasion and not 3,4 days later and only when you chase it! He said he won’t process the order and then said ‘sorry you are clearly having a bad day, good bye’ and hung up on me. I called back 3 times, didn’t answer.
Never ever buy from them. I will pursue cancellation of the transaction with the bank.
