My Daughter ordered me some flowers for my Birthday but some that she requested, were not in the delivery.
Also, my Birthday card was missing, which she paid extra for.

Recently, my Daughter received flowers from her Partner, for Valentine's Day, from this company and the card he paid for, did not arrive, either.

If people do not complain about something, when it is a valid point; nothing will be remedied.

My Daughter and her Partner will not be using this company again.
