Please do not order from this company - it's a fraudulent operation
Ordered a bouquet for a friend's birthday while in Europe. Received an email a few days later that the order was "incomplete." Meanwhile, Flower Delivery Express had charged my credit card for the bouquet plus a $32 delivery charge, and of course, my friend never got the bouquet. When I called them, I was asked to leave a message on their "Customer service" recording, and no follow up actions were taken. I will dispute the charges through my credit card company. Flower Express is a fraudulent operation, and I would have saved myself a lot of grief by going with a reputable company.

This company has the worst customer service. If I could give them negative stars I would!! The lady I ordered the flowers from assured me that they would be delivered today. I told her that if there were any problems with the order to please call me and let me know. No one has called me or even left me an email. No one can give me a straight answer on where my order is. All they keep on doing is hanging up on me whenever I call. I got charged $100 and my mom never received any flowers. It's my mom's birthday today and I really wanted to give her some flowers. Now all I want is to get a full refund on these flowers that she never received.

A blooming rip-off
Paid for four hour delivery, still waiting for order to clear 'design centre' a week later. Seriously, this operation is an absolute scam and I can't understand how they they're allowed to stay in business. No response from customer service and why Google lets them advertise amazes me - a google search shows absolutely woeful consumer feedback yet Google continues to take their money. I gave them one star only because the system wouldn't let me give them none. And after I posted my review, I see an ad for Flower Delivery Express on the Trust Pilot page. Seriously???

They never delivered the flowers. Their "tracking" says order is in route for deliver since yesterday at 3:00pm! They charge extra for same day and even more if you want it delivered within 4 hours. Then it is a day later and no flowers were delivered and they will not credit your account! They send you and 30% off your NEXT order! Who in their right mind would order from this company again! RIP OFF! I wish I would have read the reviews before I got Scammed!

Ordered flowers for a funeral and the operator could barely understand English, completely misspelled every word on the condolence card, flowers were delivered to the wrong address 6 hours after the funeral. Please, please don't use this company - you will regret it.

Ordered flowers for my wifes birthday on a tuesday she didnt get them til thursday they were wrapped in plastic half of the flowers had done fell apart paid 75 dollars and they refunded 15 like really, plus paid extra fees for a 4 hour rush service that was a joke! I recommend just using a local florist to everyone.

Paid over $100 for flowers plus a hefty delivery fee for next day delivery. Order didn't arrive for several days and when it did they made no apology and looked worth $10.00 at most.
When calling to check the status or complain about quality they just hang up on you or send you to a voice mail to leave a message which will never be returned.
Awful company. I think their entire customer service is devoted to posting fake reviews. I don't know how this business is rated so highly on google.

I ordered flowers for my wife for our 1st wedding anniversary. Not only did they not get delivered as "guaranteed" within the same day. But they completely ripped me off to the point I had to dispute the charge with my bank. They outsource there call center to India where you will find absolutely zero customer service, be hung up on multiple times and flat out lied too. These people should be sued and there website taken down. They have almost 1000 complaints and only 3 have been resolved. Boycott Flowersdeliveryexpress.com
Awful Experience
I tried canceling my order over 40 times after placing it, since the price doubled from what it had said after I hit send. I left messages, called, emailed....and not one person cares enough to so much as apologize. The flowers were beautiful for maybe $30...not $85, and delivered the wrong day.....beyond upset with this company....awful plain awful experience

I am just like all these poor people who have been taken advantage of. Ordered Mother's Day flowers and paid extra for express delivery. Long story made short No flowers arrived and 2 days later received an email saying they were working on getting my order delivered on time...two days late already. I was so frustrated that my daughter finally cancelled the order and they said my 112.49 will be refunded in 3 to 7 days. Still wondering if this will actually happen. After 11 attempts to reach the complaint line...my daughter pushed #1 To place an order and got a person to answer right away. Funny they answer right away to place an order but don't answer with the complaint line. Either they were too busy with all the complaints or they shut the line off all together. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This is hands down the worst flower delivery service on the planet! How do we put these guys out of business????? I ordered same day delivery and nothing showed up. I even paid for express service which cost WAY more. When i tried to call them, I was put on hold for 20 minutes upon which I was told to leave a message and they would send me back an e-mail.

I placed an order for Mother's Day from FlowersDeliveryExpress They were suppose to order a Bouquest of Flowers, Box of Chocolates, Teddy Bear and Mylar Balloon. I spent over $200 for this, as I love my Mother and Cost is not an Option when sending something to her.
When I called her on Sunday to wish her a Happy Mothers Day, I was surprised that she did not "Thank Me" for the things I had sent to her. So I called my sister who my Mother lives with to check and see what happended. Lo and Behold, my sister said Mom never received anything from me! Now I even paid EXTRA for a Saturday Delivery!!!
Well my Mom, received a box on Monday afternoon. When she opened it,she got DEAD Roses ... a box of Chocolates that were Squished and Melted. NO Teddy Bear and NO Balloon!!!!
You can just imagine how Upset. I started to put in phone calls to FlowersDeliveryExpress at 1:44pm, spoke with [name] .... She didn't speak English and I asked to speak to a supervisor ... She DISCONNECTED ME!!!!
Yep I called right back at 2:01pm, spoke with [name] who said he was filing an Incident Report, again I asked to speak with a Superviors, he put me on Hold and again DISCONNECTED ME!!!
OK, trying again it is 2:00pm, spoke with [name], she assured me that she would connect me with a Supervisor .... it is 2:22pm and still on HOLD.
Oh my, it's 2;24pm and [name] came back on the line and said she has someone on the other line for me to speak with .... please hold and I will transfer you right away!!
WAIT .... YEP ..... DISCONNECTED!!!!!!!!!!!!! again!!
Wanted to give it No Stars because they don't deserve any, but that is not an option!!!!
Next Step ..... Better Business Bureau ..... Google Plus .... Facebook ....Twitter .... Linked In .... Yelp .... oh yeah and American Express, maybe they can help.
I have never in my life been treated so rudely by a company and had a company not deliver a product that is promised. I am a small business owner and if I treated my customers like this I wouldn't be in business very long. I guess this is just how BIG Business Works !!

I ordered flowers for my Aunt for mother's day week
1. The website does not give you the entire price of the order until after you
have approved the charge. I was so surprized to find out I had $47 in various fees. I was expecting $15.99 for delivery ordered for the Thursday before mother's day
2. I received an email Thursday night saying that it was not delivered the day requested.
3. I called Friday Morning to cancel and was convinced to re-order. That is fine. But when I tried to track the order, tracking site does not allow me pass the security screen.
4. I called Saturday to find out if it was delivered as this was to be a surprise
and I don't want to ask the recipient. I was told they do not have the order per my email address, even though I had received a confirmation email.
5. I was not told I was being put on hold. The call was then "lost." I waited 5 mintues and no one came back to the phone.
6. I called back and got a voice mail. Not sure what that outcome will be yet.
7. I went to the complaint site, that does not accept the security code either.
This is the worst customer service I ever received from a flower delivery company. I still don't think she received the flowers. There is a time difference and I don't want to call her, or ruin the surprise. But from what I read, I am not expecting the flowers I rodered to be the ones she will receive.
Absolutely horrible
Tried to order flowers for my grandmother, order came to $77.01. The website said I had $80 savings. Hit charge and the email receipt said my order was $117, meaning it was only $40 savings and not $80 like the website had said. Called to cancel the order and got put on hold twice, called on a second phone (while still on hold on the first phone) just to get put on hold again. After lots of arguing, they finally agreed to a "credit" which would arrive in my account in 3-7 days.
Long story short, DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I tried to order flowers for my grandmother. I picked an affordable arrangement then got ready to place an order. After I entered the credit card and hit submit the order was increased by over $40.00 with no warning. (Not just wrong it is criminal!!!) When I tried to call to cancel I got a call multiple times and I cannot get anyone to cancel the order (They all say they are not authorized and send me to a voice-mail.)
Do not order from these thieves.
Fraud
I placed an order for delivery on a specific day, paid extra to have my flowers delivered. They failed to deliver my flowers on that day and failed to notify me that they couldn't deliver. I called customer support the next day and was told it should be delivered that day. An hour later, I received an email stating they were sorry for not being able to deliver my flowers. I called again to ask if it was because they failed the day before or if they were unable to deliver again. I was told that the email was for their failure of the previous day. Again, no delivery.
The next day, the flowers were finally delivered and it was NOTHING like the ones I paid for. Not even close! I paid for roses, pink and white roses and the flowers that were delivered were of something I could've picked from the highway. It was UGlY! I called and was told that they didn't have my arrangement available so they gave me something similar or better. Told them that they didn't and they were only willing to give me about half refund of what I've paid for. This is ridiculous! I'm angry at the fact that I was lied to over and over. We will see if I will be receiving my refund they promised. Never again will I go through this with this company.

I was at my father's funeral and ordered a get well basket for my 19 year old daughter because she could not make it and was having surgery. I spent 21 minutes on the phone ordering a Get Well Basket and picking certain foods that she would like. I also asked for a Get Well Balloon to be attached. The next day my daughter received a bouquet of flowers with no card attached. I called four times and spent a great amount of time trying to reach someone to assist me with this problem. When I finally did reach someone, I was told that I would receive a full refund but they would have to pick up the flowers from my daughter! This is ridiculous and I am furious!!!!

At checkout you will get surprise. My flowers were supposed to be $79 USD and ended up to be 128.25 at check out. $50 rebate email never comes.
Next the Flowers were not delivered to the Funeral home. I have called 5 times and 5 times I was transferred to a non existent supervisor and after 15 minutes on hold was prompted to leave a voice mail. Voice mails are not answered and emails are not returned . Total Scam as far as I can see.
