They literally did not deliver my flowers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I would give zero stars if I could. They did not deliver the flowers, and no one called to inform me they were unable to process. They only provided a refund after I called to complain that the flowers never arrived days after the originally planned delivery date. Stay away from this sham company.

This is the worst floral company! I placed and order days in advance of a pending birthday. I didn't receive a email confirming delivery and called. They said they could not find a local florist to complete the order and delivery. I reordered as I was told they could deliver that day. Again, no communication it was delivered. Again, they did not follow through. I would rate them a minus 5 if I could. How frustrating!

Placed original order on May 2 and again May 3 and again on the 4thafter failed deliverys. Got an email saying it was delivered and it wasn’t. TERRIBLE. Supposed to have a refund in 3-5 days. I better.

Please don't use them. I placed the order 2 weeks ago for delivery today. I got an email an hour before the order was to be delivered that they didn't have a florist to fill the order. I called and they were unable to help me with ANYTHING. The rep also had the nerve to ask me if I wanted them to call the family (after the funeral) and let them know that they were sorry that they couldn't fill the order that was supposed to come to them. WTH?

This company may say they are a florist, but they NEVER deliver and they do not care about their customers or what they do. I ordered a bouquet for a friend having surgery 5 days in advance, and the order was never delivered. When I reached out, the customer service acted like this was normal and said she would refund me. They get 1 star for actually refunding me, but to not deliver (and now I have found the HUNDREDS of online reviews complaining about the same thing!) is **PATHETIC**. Florists.Com needs to be put out of business, lose their license, and be fined for practicing fraud.

Placed an order, an hour after received phone call and email saying they could not fulfill order. Placed 2 weeks prior to delivery date. Charged my card and stated a refund would be posted in 35 -40 days. Not comfortable with this. Did not check reviews before placing, had I, would have saved me this frustration, but glad the order didn’t go thru based on all the negative reviews on flowers received.

Honestly after reading the reviews on here I was really worried, but I had already ordered so oh well. Wow kudos to Oregon florists! I received email when they were delivered and when my friend sent me a picture of them, I was blown away. They were 10 times better than the item picture! Really really happy! Now I almost feel bad how cheap it was seriously they deserved a few more dollars It was really nice!

I would give zero stars if I could. Total scam. I ordered flowers for admin professionals day and now the day is over and my flowers were NOT delivered. No updates. No apology. No way to get ahold of them to fix it. Absolutely terrible experience and I will never use this “company” again.

Mad for not looking/reading reviews before ordering! Ordered flowers 4/17/24 - (4) arrangements delivered to same address for delivery on 4/24/24 for Admin Professionals day. What a joke at 4pm still NO flowers - I've contacted so called customer service twice and all they tell me is the local shop is not answering so they don't know anything. Really!?!? I know a few things - I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN. I also know that the flowers are not going to arrive and I will never get a refund from these SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Did not deliver what was ordered, were a day late after paying extra for same day delivery, then failed to deliver two additional reorders after talking to customer service. This business is a scam. Go with FTD.

They scammed me for my money on a bouquet for my girlfriend.

Back in 2020 I ordered a funeral spray which was never delivered. Had to fight for a refund. Forgot this was the place I used before and ordered a funeral spray on Marcg 2nd to be delivered March 7th. Nothing was delivered March 7th (for the viewing), so I called customer service the morning of March 8th (date of actual funeral). They call the florist and no answer. They tell me to try later. One hour before the funeral, after confirming with the funeral director that nothing had been delivered, I called again. Still no answer from florist. Once again requested a refund. Use these people only if you want to have your time wasted. Otherwise, RUN!!!

Horrible experience I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Ordered flowers for my mother for Valentine’s Day received them on 2/24/24. Ordered flower for her birthday which was 2/23/24 received flowers on 2/25/24. What I got was not even close to what I ordered. I have pictures to prove it but I couldn’t get it to copy on here.

It took a week and 4 days to place the order bc they couldn't find flowers from any florist in the area since v-day, and a total of 6 hours on the phone trying to give them information about my order. And kept getting the information wrong. They put the wrong credit card number in. and put the CVV code wrong 2x. They also got the receiving address spelt wrong and I had to call them back when I seen it on the verification email and they spelled the msg on the card wrong as well..many spelling errors. Uneducated ppl

Paid $79 for a "triple flower" size floral arrangement, including delivery. Unlike many of the reviews, my wife actually received the flowers, but what was received was a small, poor quality bouquet of flowers literally from the crappy grocery store flower department in my neighborhood. Size was smaller than the "Single" size and flower selection was poor. If I want a $10 bundled bouquet of average quality flowers, the neighborhood grocery store is okay, but I was expecting quality fulfillment from an actual professional flower shop/florist.

This company is a scam. I ordered flowers for a friend who is sick on 2/13/24. Due to the holiday, they told me that they may not be delivered until Friday, Feb. 16. I told them that was fine. I checked on 2/17 to see if they were delivered and it showed it wasn't. I called the Customer service number and spoke with a lady. She put me on hold and contacted the "local" florist. They told her that they didn't deliver to that zip code. I was dumbfounded because if I provided the zip code, why didn't you send it to a florist that does deliver to that area. I'm not trying to deliver to a rural location. I'm delivering in Houston, Texas. That's how I knew that this was some foolishness. I told them to issue a refund and I'll just find a reputable florist or go buy an arrangement from a grocery store. I wish I would've read these reviews before I wasted money and time.

Ordered flowers for San Valentin 3 days ahead of time. Flowers were never delivered. Contacted the chat about my order on Feb 14 and they told me there was a delay and could not deliver on Feb 14. Next day (Feb 15) I contacted them again and the excuse was that they tried to deliver the next day but were unable, the third day they said they refunded the money (Feb 16). I still need to wait for that refund. They ruined San Valentin day for me.

It’s pretty much a scam!!! I ordered flowers to be sent to my mother in law in Texas and she NEVER got them. Customer service is no help, they don’t even answer the phone. You’ll be waiting and waiting to talk to no one. Don’t use them, don’t trust them.

I am giving Florist.com a zero!! Flowers ordered over a week ago and was never delivered. When calling they are of no help. I will never use them again!
