I would highly recommend Florida Tix
I would highly recommend Florida Tix. Their customer service (especially Penny) was absolutely amazing and very helpful sorting out our problem/mistake. I started the phone call feeling sick and ended the call feeling a lot more relaxed. I would 100% recommend them. Penny also gave me some great tips.

From the very beginning, Jennie at Floridatix has been absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to help organise all of the tickets for both my family’s holiday and my sister Ciara’s family, and she made the whole experience completely stress-free.

A welcome surprise
I had already booked a Disney, Discovery Cove and SeaWorld package for our upcoming holiday, and the service was brilliant from start to finish. I was considering adding some time at Universal, but buying another 14-day ticket seemed like a waste when we already had 14 days at Disney planned.
This is where FloridaTix really stood out. They offered a fantastic 5-day Universal ticket, which was the perfect solution and meant we didn't have to pay for days we wouldn't use.
Penny was amazing throughout the process, helping me book everything seamlessly and making it completely stress-free. Thanks to her, we now get the best of both worlds and can't wait for our trip! 5 weeks and counting thank you floridatix!!

I had some issues receiving my tickets and they were absolutely fantastic in sorting it.
Penny was so helpful, kept me in the loop about what was happening and how they were going to resolve the situation every step of the way.

Disney date change due to flight changes.
Penny assisted me today with a date problem due to my airline changing my flight dates, I tried online but was not able to find what I required. Penny checked my order and was able to replicate my order but with the adjusted dates. Excellent customer service and a cheerful voice too. Thank you very much.
