Everything was explained in easy to understand language. Communication was very good with reminders of what to do and when. Clear instructions on what to do when you land at Florida overall couldn’t be happier with them.

After using Avis and Hertz direct, for over 30 years, using this company was a breath of fresh air. Not only is the customer service excellent, you don't get stung by add on charges at pick up. They have really thought through how to give the customer a complete, stress free service. The cars are always modern and the customer after service is second to none.

The booking process beforehand was easy and it was clear what was included in the price and also had the fast check in and all insurances. When I have arrived at MCO the car pickup was fast, less than 5 mins and all insurances included and no upsell from the Alamo agent. great car and no hassle at all and even on the drop off at the end of the holiday all good and a bill for $0 which I like. I did use the visitor toll pass which was great.

Great competitive pricing and reassuring to know that someone was on hand to help if we needed it during the duration of our hire. We had a couple of issues with the car provided (no fault of Nathan's) and he went above and beyond to help resolve the issues which was so supportive and a great relief. Having someone with experience and knowledge guiding and advocating with the hire company on our behalf was a big stress reliever. (Hire company were very apologetic and issues resolved)

I emailed in and Nathan dealt with our requirements - I can honestly say it was the best, quickest and efficient service Ive had hiring a car (that includes at home in the UK and abroad) - nothing was too much trouble and their rates were amazing - will definately use them again and highly recommend them.

Great experience. Very easy to reserve a car and by far the cheapest we found. Nathan was very responsive. We got a free shuttle to the car hire place and no queue to pick up the car. Very seamless!

Made contact through WhatsApp after recommendation and from that point we felt like our requests were listened to, sound advice was given and we were given every opportunity to change/alter without any hassle.
On arrival vehicle was exactly what we'd been promised and served us very well for the duration of our stay.
It should be the norm the every Service Company does what it says it will - these days it's a unfortunately it's not a given it'll happen - this however was a very pleasant surprise and I would happily recommend and use again.

Used Nathan for our car hire Oct/Nov. Cheapest by far. Was a little apprehensive at first as always used holiday companies. I needn’t of worried at all. Nathan made everything so simple. Brilliant service and absolutely no issues. Would definitely recommend and have done so.

Great service, very easy to arrange and pick up was very simple and drop off no issue. Will use them again.

Nathan was honestly amazing. Totally understand what we wanted in a car, made the full process seamless and stress free. When we got a better price he price matched it. The added extras gave peace of mind. The contact via WhatsApp made things so much easier and knowing he or someone in his team would reply very fast. Will be using Florida car hire again and have recommended to others.

I used these guys for my car hire in florida back in october. I booked an Volvo xc 90, 6 months before, as the price changed they cancelled and rebooked for me at least twice, Saving me a total of £170 on original booking. The checked in with me before travelling out. When i arrived after a 9 hour flight i was struggling to find the toll pass i needed to prevent the risk of excess charges. Nathan directed me via whats app to the machine and gave me instructions on how to activate it. even when it must have been about 2am in england where they are based. I got to choose an audi q7 in the end it was amazing with no hidden charges even though I went through many tolls. When i had to return the car again nathan gave me instructions via whats app. Car hire can be considered expensive but with these guys it was exceptional service with no upsellling, fast track, no hidden charges and constant support when needed. I will be using again next year BZ !
