I had my concerns about increasing the amount I was taking & I had too many boxes of Floraspring. Anna #113 was awesome to talk to and answered all my questions about taking the product, & about how to return additional boxes if needed. Anna was very informative, and I will increase the amount I am taking and remember to take with lots of water. Thank you Anna!

I wanted to confirm my order for my Flora order. The Customer service rep was so kind and helpful. The phone call was answered in a matter of a minute and the question, about the same time. She was gracious, kind and helpful and provided me all the information via email she said she would. That alone makes me feel confident about this company! Thank you 😊

Ann (rep #112) was able to quickly identify that there was an issue with cancelling one of my orders. I had requested the cancellation a month earlier because I already had too many bottles of FloraSpring and needed to take one month off. Ann helped me get things fixed and she even took the charge off for the mistaken shipment. Thanks Ann... you just solidified a loyal customer

All my questions were answered in a polite and friendly tone of voice. As were my questions about how to go about returning the auto-shipped pack and canceling my subscription. It was a real treat to deal with your customer service person.

I called to make sure I would not receive any more product. I have enough for 2 years since I ordered a year's supply the first time. I shared with Mary #101 that I didn't believe I had a subscription and if I did I wanted it canceled. Initially Mary spoke fast but when I asked her to slow down and speak up since I'm hard of hearing she adjusted so well I could hear her response to my issue. I also appreciated the fact that some information was coming via email to minimize my difficulty in using the phone. Mary was perfect customer service to me and I'm delighted.

I tried to enter my new address for my order of Floraspring but PayPal used my old address. I called Customer Service but unfortunately they did not have assess to change my address from a third party system. The lady was very helpful in giving me a refund. She will follow up with a call from another person to call me to take my order.

It's only been about 2 weeks and I lost 20lbs. I went out last night and I danced twice, so I'm very happy to say the least. They put me to 240 right now and my goal is 200 by lose more than that then God bless me

I have been takingFloraspring for about 20 days. It seems to curb my appetite. I am losing weight, slowly but surely. I have dipped into new numbers that I haven’t seen for I don’t know how long. I am having hip replacement surgery on 10/27 and the doctor required that I loose weight. I am highly motivated

I had questions about my order because the options that popped up on my phone were very confusing. I called he company and spoke to Anna #113, and she was very helpful and verified my order and made sure I had not accidentally ordered more than I thought I did and sent me the free e-books. She was very nice, polite and offered to help me in the future is needed. She also gave me some very useful information on how to figure out the correct dose for me.
