I called to cancel the auto shipments. The technician on the phone quickly processed my request. I told him I still had the last 2 boxes. Before I could really say much more, he informed me I couldn't get a refund on them. I only wanted to mail them back to the company. I do not feel comfortable giving another person a product that is a natural medication. Other than that I was pleased with the encounter.

I did not expect Floraspring to give me severe diarrhea. It did. I could not take it an entire week because of that. I am 72 years old, and use a cane. Severe diarrhea meant I was trying to rush to the bathroom, and the entire day was ruined because of the mess I made, that I had to clean up. Please warn potential users that this can happen with prebiotics as well as probiotics.

When I made my initial purchase there has been a glitch and it was recorded as a monthly order instead of a one-off order. Today I received the monthly package, which I didn't expect. Called the help line to ask how to return the product and get a refund. I had the pleasure to get trough to Anna #113 and she was so professional, helpful and considerate. The whole process was a stress-free experience. Because of this I will not hesitate to return and purchase more, such a great product that also offer such a great costumer help.

Everything seemed too good to be true. It ended up not working for me, and i decided to send It back so i didn't waste more time using the pills. I paid about $15 for that, and called the company after it should've arrived. The customer service rep said they never recieved a return from me. She then told me it "wasn't her job to find out where my package was." Pardon? I figured it was either lost, or stolen. Went to the post office, and they couldn't help either. It's been a little over a year, and i still don't know what happened to my package. I was just trying to get a refund, and they can't process it. I think something needs to be done anyway. I lost a good amount of money on this, and they just shrugged it off as if saying "not my problem." I feel transgressed and violated.
