Hi just received a calm Koala with no instructions. I have pressed paws and tummy —nothing happens. Looks cheap and wasn’t. Avoid this company came from China seems a scam!!!!

worst customer service
This Florafolia shop is worst customer service plant shop I ever had before. It was sent incorrect Quantity, then sent a very poor condition plant with half of the leaf ripped. I sent a completing email but never replied back. Eventually, I've received response that after I post a review. I am not happy with all excuse. This shop is very poor customer service and quality was not so good. In my point of view and experience I am not very happy with this shop.

Each plant I ordered was in very good shape, size and condition. As a cautious plants carer, I checked the plants thoroughly and found the plants pests and diseases free. I'm very pleased with the price, quality of plants and swift response from Florafolia. Thanks guys!

due to the way my plant was packaged it…
due to the way my plant was packaged it had pulled the plant 2/3rds of the way out of its pot exposing the roots (would of been better bare rooted in moss) then take in to account my plant wasn’t posted untill tuesday after 4pm it took over 7days express postage to receive and due to the way it had been packaged was definitely in a sad state once i received it,
