Hi just received a calm Koala with no instructions. I have pressed paws and tummy —nothing happens. Looks cheap and wasn’t. Avoid this company came from China seems a scam!!!!

The plant arrived in great condition
The plant arrived in great condition. The soil was very peat-heavy which was good for transportation but I made sure to change it to a loose drainage mix.

One of the tridescansia came damaged but Florafolia replaced a much better one
Good service. Initially had a damaged plant but after emailing the shop, they replaced it with a much better, taller one. All plants came well-packaged.
