I purchased from this company during their sale and I’m very happy with my purchase. The customer support was also excellent, and Sean was incredibly quick and helpful, which made everything much easier for me.

Sean was very personable, answered all of my questions knowledgeably. He was very patient with me taking my time to decide on a floor type. Thankyou very much.

Steer clear, terrible service from start to finish

We ordered flooring from this company and received confirmation that it would be delivered between 9am and 6pm on Thursday. Based on this, we arranged for someone to fit the flooring from the following Monday.

Thursday came and went with no delivery, yet that evening we received an email stating that our order had been delivered.

I called the following morning to find out what had happened and found the customer service incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was eventually called back and told that the flooring was actually out of stock and wouldn’t be available for another 2-3 weeks. They even said they had no idea how I’d been able to order it through their own website in the first place.

There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the situation and no helpful alternative offered, so I cancelled the order and requested a full refund.

A week later, having still received nothing, I called again to chase the refund, only to be told that nobody had actually processed it. After more chasing, I finally received my money back another week later.

From taking an order for stock they apparently didn’t have, falsely notifying me that it had been delivered, to then failing to process my refund, the whole experience was appalling.

Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. I certainly wouldn’t use this company again.

Excellent customer service from Sean, who helped throughout the process from checking in to see if our samples arrived to ensuring we got our runner ordered and delivered in time. Highly recommened.

Great customer service - I’ve been in contact with Sean since ordering some samples a few weeks ago, and he’s been on hand to help with any questions I might have. I placed my order today but needed to make a quick amendment, which Sean was able to help with. Fast response times via Whatsapp and helpful advice meant that any queries I’ve had have been resolved promptly. Looking forward to receiving my order!

Great service so far. Davinder, my assigned point of contact, has been excellent throughout — the samples arrived quickly, communication has been spot‑on, and he answered my follow‑up question right away. Ordering was easy, and now I’m just waiting for the flooring delivery.

My only gripe is that they've recently introduced a £30 delivery fee when it was free for my first couple orders

Sean was great and helped to make sure measurements were right and that I had all materials needed for the job. He also put me in touch with a fitter. I’m looking forward to seeing the carpets fitted. Would highly recommend.

I took about a month and a half to finalise my order, and Davinder stood there every step of the way even when it became exhausting. After my original priced invoice expired, he spoke to his team leader for me to get my order sorted in time. For this, I take my hats off to Floor Street. Exceptional service thus far.
