Delighted with the service I received from Floors of Stone. Liam provided excellent advice and support throughout the buying process. The limestone tiles are gorgeous, lovely quality and good value. They arrived well packed and there were no breakages. Happy to recommend.

Katie went above and beyond to get our tiles to us as quickly as she could. They arrived exactly when she said with not one tile broken and all of excellent quality. We would not hesitate to recommend Floors of Stone to anyone looking for premium quality travertine with expedited delivery.

Terracotta tiles, paid over £6000, not happy with quality. Many like seconds and rejects. FOS tell me they are all quality checked, no way. I had to fight to get a few more sent out. They wanted me to send back at my own cost tiles i was not happy with, after refusing and numerous conversations, they are finally sending more out. FOS gave me the quantity of linseed oil needed to fully treat tiles, i bought what they said. Need at least as much again. They refuse to supply any more unless i pay, as a “goodwill” gesture, they will knock 20% off. Telling me i am applying linseed wrongly! So i keep fighting. Wished i had not purchased. Just be careful.

Our hexagon terracotta floor tiles from Floors of Stone were installed just over a year ago and we absolutely love them! They're unbelievably durable and I love the interest and warmth they bring to the room. Ordering and delivery were easy enough, and the installation and preparation guidance was very clear for our tiler.

Absolutely top product terracotta tiles and a wonderful experience with Liam , extremely knowledgeable and very valuable and courteous person to deal with , extremely pleased with all the team specially Liam .

Lovely choice of simple but classic designs. Sample sizes were good and absolutely love the tiles we chose for our bathroom. Very happy!

Had our kitchen floor replaced with porcelain tiles that we ordered from Floors of Stone. They have some really great tiles. We chose the Vitelli Chequered Porcelain. I called a few times to request samples and make the final order. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a mixup with the delivery as well but they sorted the issue straight away. Tiles now fitted, the kitchen looks amazing. Great company, highly recommended.

Great service. A last minute order at lunchtime on Thursday which arrived the following morning. No breakages - which is more than can be said for a well-known competitor - and the tiler could resume work with barely a pause. Thank you!

We have had two deliveries of stone from Floors of stone .
From ordering through to delivery extremely helpful . I feel at anytime I can ring and ask for advice .As a company extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell .
The second delivery arrived damaged NOT the company’s fault . I phoned immediately sent pictures .
They looked after this situation well sending out replacement tiles again immediately.
This is a test of a company when things don’t quite work out . Again 5 stars for keeping in touch and not delaying getting the broken tiles replaced .
I would highly recommend floors of stone and would use again.

Amazing flooring for our new bathroom. The staff we spoke to were all very knowledgeable about the materials needed to install marble flooring successfully. We found ourselves short on tiles a number of times (our mistake) but the staff were always happy to organise the extras we needed in due time.
I am sure we will be back in the near future for other rooms!

In the heart of Kingham, our 18th century Cotswold Stone House has undergone a complete renovation. The only choice to compliment this beautiful building was to add Floors of Stone Oak parquet flooring, Burford Oak, and slate flooring features throughout for a classic feel. All of the bathrooms have been fully re-designed with marble black & white checkered flooring, which is also a lovely feature.

Floors of stone are so professional, always go out of their way to help and give advice. The quality is outstanding, and we are definitely going to use them again

On visiting the show room, I found the tile I liked, I stated very firmly emphasising the fact that I live on a lane with difficult access width is tight, but we do manage get small builders wagons up the lane, so order was dependent on delivery by small wagon or van, I was told this was no problem as they had small vehicles, I expected this as I expect they would have to deliver to some awkward places.
I was quoted £65 for delivery, when the invoice was sent Delivery was £130, I queried this and was informed it was because there were 2 pallets instead of one.
When communicating with Floors of Stone I constantly reminded them that they would have to send a small vehicle.
On the day of delivery, I received a call from the delivery company to say from google maps access looked difficult, I confirmed this, I asked the size of vehicle they stated 7.2-ton wagon, I said this might be a bit to big, what about a smaller vehicle, this was the smallest they had.
Later I received call from driver to tell me he was not prepared to drive up lane so I met him about quarter mile from house unloaded 2 pallets by hand on to my van, 8 broken tiles, wagon was 12 ton very big asked him why they did not send a 7.2 ton, he said they did not have any 7.2 wagons 12 ton was smallest!

Called Floors of Stone to report broken tiles, they said If they replaced them, I stated what do you mean IF
Sent them the photos this was not good enough they required me to lay the tiles out and photograph them individually, I sent more photos to various people over the next few days, they eventually agreed to replace tiles, I stated that the need to send van which would do to allow access up lane. It was only 8 tiles, confirmed replacement tile were being sent Thursday 11 July.
At 16.15 called Floors of Stone to state tiles had not arrived, they said delivery had been rescheduled for tomorrow and that they had emailed me 15 mins ago, (my view they should have picked up the phone and called me).
Promised delivery Friday morning, I cancelled my schedule for Friday morning, 12,00 no sign of delivery called Floors of Stone to be told they did not know when delivery would be and it was not their fault.
Received phone call mid Friday afternoon to say Tiles had been dumped end of my lane on pallet, I am not the only residence on this lane, very dangerous and inconvenient for other people.
Luckily I was at home drove down in my van unpacked pallet, 1 broken tile, moved tiles.
I had asked for some refund on delivery charge as they had not actually managed to make a delivery, I was told they would look into it, this was to no avail.
They were told on several occasion about difficult access, when I complained I was told it was not their fault but the delivery companies fault, Sorry it’s your fault you employ them, I notice other reviews going back several years, complaining about delivery with a stock answer apologising, this is not good enough.
Avoid this company at all cost.

Amazing. Great product, lovely showroom. Really helpful after sales care from Ellie. It has been a pleasure to buy from Floors of Stone and I will definitely use them again in the future!
