Seamless ordering and delivery!
Ordering on line was extremely easy. I got call the next day to arrange the delivery, which was worked around my availability. Delivery was on time and I could track it. The product is great quality and looks good in our home.

Good morning , we did indeed send you a sample that you order from us, it was a walnut stain , but it was FREE, our postal records show that it was sent on 22/9/25 and definitely no charge for postage . This obviously isn't us , i am sorry that another company felt the need to charge you this amount , We offer up to 6 samples free of charge . If more are need we are always happy to send more.

In my opinion it’s a big con
In my opinion it’s a big con. I wanted 5 boxes of flooring. Delivery was £90!! It’s clear to me low advertised prices are offset by a massive mark up on delivery.
Updated following feedback below: Maybe you should source an alternative delivery company. Just because you are paying a ridiculous amount, doesn’t mean you have to. There are much cheaper alternatives.

Unfortunately we are not Amazon and cannot offer free delivery, our pricing is clear and in fact our delivery charges are often more than our customers pay. To deliver 5 boxes of the product you wanted, to your area, would in fact cost £158.04 including vat. My colleague offered you an alternative means of collecting the wood from our showroom , thus avoiding the delivery charge in full. We send out larger boxes on pallets to ensure the goods arrive in tact and protected and the price is per pallet. We appreciate that for smaller quantities this seems a lot but the price would not change if you ordered up to 40 boxes as the pallet price remains the same, as my colleague explained via email to your initial enquiry. We would not call it a con, even if you hadn't asked for clarification but understand you took your business elsewhere. Thanks again.
